In our very first conversation, he had some creative ideas and it just got better from there. He listened carefully to what we were looking for, and continued to make great suggestions even before the video shoot. The video shoot was a several hour activity at my parents' home in northeastern Ohio. Matthew arrived with a complete setup including multiple cameras and microphones, and even a drone to capture aerial footage of their home and yard. After the shoot, Matthew set to work putting it all together. He incorporated photos from their lives and found relevant b-roll to enhance the story. I was completely impressed with the first cut. Over the next couple of weeks, we went through a few revisions until we got to the final video. We absolutely love the video and are thoroughly impressed with Blitz Studios. In summary, Matthew is extremely talented, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for any video project.

They are such a courteous and professional team. Their work the night of the event was stunning! From the first interaction of outlining our needs until the event wrapped up - everything ran smoothly and was just perfect. I was incredibly nervous the day of our event, but the Dove team was so composed and efficient and did everything with such ease and mastery that it calmed my nerves, too. Best of all, their pricing was great! We received a referral for them, so we were concerned they might be too expensive for our budget, but they actually took our needs into consideration and worked to keep everything under budget. They even added a couple of items that I didn't request (as I didn't know how much it would add to the feel of the event) and included a few free upgrades, as they had just upgraded their equipment. All in all, I can recommend them with the highest confidence! They are excellent at what they do, brilliant in execution, professional and courteous in their interactions, and just an all-around great company to work with. If we ever need AV, Event, etc. services again, we know who to call!

Upon arrival the place looks like a mom and pop small business. Nothing special about the ambience just equipment and one staff person. The line up of materials on the counter told me they were busy but when I was told it would be a few weeks till my vhs to disc transfers were done I was disappointed. As I had hoped to have them back by Mother's Day. I was asked what I would like as the titles of the discs and was asked for a $30 deposit and went on my way. Follow up came at almost the 3 week mark. Pick up tines were recommended, not sure if they keep consistent hours so always ask or call ahead. I had my husband drop off another tape upon pick up and that one turned around in about a week so I suspect it is all volume driven, again call ahead and ask if you are in a rush. All in all happy with my service, would use them again.
