Yes, we got a price we were happy with and a list-to-offer of 40 DAYS.... this year..... And while some of that has to do with the property, a lot of it was helped by Charles' input, suggestions, and diligence in getting the property staged, marketed, and represented - allowing me to actually experience a minimal impact of the whole process. this - plus everything that happened during negotiation, paperwork, and closing - is the reason that a realtor is essential.
