When he got here he only partially cleaned out my septic tank claiming it could not be completely piped out unless I wanted to pay him an extra $250/ hr. to use my water hose to fill the tank and continue the pumping out process. When I asked him about the clogged drain line he said "oh I don't do that kind of work I don't even have the equipment. So this guy wants to charge me $350 for a 85-90% job and then another $250/hr. To fill the 1,000 gal tank over and over until he gets it all. And he lied about the services he could provide. He claims to only be licensed to pump out or install septic systems but can't run a snake through a line to clear a clog. This guy lied to me. If all that's true he could have told me upfront so I could have hired the right person for the job. On top of everything else he is the Highest Priced septic service for a pump out service in this county. When I told him I wasn't happy because he had not fixed my problem like he said he would. He got mad and hateful and said well I can pump it all back into the tank if that's what you want. Then he picked up his shovels and said I could close the hole up myself or his wife to come on and stormed off, went and got his truck. I still pulled out my debit card asking the wife how much would it be for the almost clean pump out Service she yelled back $350. He yelled her to get in the truck, and drove away with me standing there holding my debit card in my hand. All I got to say is good riddance, I didn't wanna pay you anyway. A piece of crap that works in crap, kind of ironic. Do not trust this guy, he's a liar.
