So beyond impressive!! I am a real estate broker/agent within the Lake Norman area. I contacted Adrian to do a septic inspection for my client in Denver, NC. He answered my call immediately, and had scheduled my inspection to be done within a few days. Adrian was all over this inspection, and so very thorough. I met with Adrian at the property site to identify a few items of interest. He proved to be extremely knowledgable, conscientious, and willing to answer all related questions. He addressed all of my concerns as well as my clients' concerns. Together, we were all extremely satisfied with Adrian's inspection process. Once he had the inspection complete, I/we had a very detailed report within an extremely short time frame. Since meeting Adrian at this inspection and being so impressed with his work ethic, , I highly recommended Adrian, and have done so within our agency as well as to non related agents. Adrain with Green Septic Services and Solutions should be your first point of contact should you ever be in need of this service. Thank you Adrian!! :)

But when I told them that the septic tank was backing up into a downstairs shower the woman on the phone was very nice and said she would call to see if they could work me in. They were very fast at getting back with me and letting me know just exactly what time they could be here. When they got here they spent some time in finding the septic tank because I had no idea where to locate it. The ground to the tank was very soft and could not be driven over. They took the time to measure and to see if there hoses would reach. Thank goodness it did,but the gentleman was even trying to find a person I could call if it did not. They didn't have the equipment or a pump truck when they came to pull the pump so they used a pickup to pull out the pump out. Since the pump was set with rigid PVC pipe, they broke off the pump and it fell back in the well. They assured me that they would come back, remove the old pump from my well and finish the job. They also tore off all the insulation on the bladder tank piping and promised to replace it. I have called them every week now for several months. At first they would lie about ordering the parts that they needed to get the old pump out of the well. Now they refuse to answer my calls. Like the characters they are, their mailboxes are full and you cannot leave a message. This review is to hopefully keep you from being ripped off by a bunch of amateurs. You will know what I mean if they show up without any equipment and a gift of gab about how good they are. You would be better served by getting a professional to do your pump work so you don't end up with you old pump clogging up your well.
