We had a water line bust coming into our office basement, resulting in 40,000 gallons(Verified by city utilities invoice) pouring into our office basement. Michael showed up with temps below freezing outside and assisted with removing water from the basement. SEVERAL trips were made, truck levers/valves started freezing, however they never quit until all the water was removed. Would recommend for any Water, Septic, Grading or landscaping needs.

But when I told them that the septic tank was backing up into a downstairs shower the woman on the phone was very nice and said she would call to see if they could work me in. They were very fast at getting back with me and letting me know just exactly what time they could be here. When they got here they spent some time in finding the septic tank because I had no idea where to locate it. The ground to the tank was very soft and could not be driven over. They took the time to measure and to see if there hoses would reach. Thank goodness it did,but the gentleman was even trying to find a person I could call if it did not. I recommend this company to any one needing any septic work
