I can't recommend them highly enough which is something I've rarely said about any company. Contacted them about my water heater and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Matt came out to review the water heater situation and did an excellent job explaining what was going wrong and my options. Parker and Mickhail came out to do the replacement and they were all around amazing! Extremely professional, hard working, respectful and proactivity informed me to what they were doing during the process. The customer service from everyone i dealt with at Clog Hunters was 10/10.

We had been given a quote of $250-$350 for a sewer scope. The final bill was over $650 because the…read moretoilet had to be removed and reset since Adam couldn't access the sewer from outside. He didn't mention beforehand that it would cost an additional $250 to remove and reset the toilet. If we had known that, we wouldn't have proceeded in the first place. Because of this, I left a 1 star review on Google and Adam proceeds to call me twice. I call him back the next day and we have an almost 10 minute conversation going in circles about why I left a bad review, when he thought I should have left at least 3 or 4 stars. It was unprofessional and I won't be using A+ Plumbing again. He also mentioned my husband's name in his response to my Google review, which seems like a violation of privacy.

We had the absolute best experience working with Will. From the moment he arrived, he was…read moreprofessional, respectful, and incredibly thoughtful. I have a 2 month old baby at home, and without me even asking, Will made a point to work on the opposite side of the house while the baby napped--he even shut doors to help keep things quiet. That level of consideration is so rare and so appreciated! Beyond that, Will went above and beyond in so many ways. I was struggling to hang a baby gate and he kindly offered to help--and hung it in minutes. When our movers were having a hard time getting a heavy gun safe up the stairs, Will didn't hesitate to jump in and help them get it moved safely. His work was top-notch, and at a great price! He replaced all our outlets and switches, updated our breaker boxes, installed new plugs for our TVs, and even added extra outlets in areas where there just weren't enough. He also worked on our smoke detectors and installed lighting for us. Every time he noticed something that wasn't quite right (left behind by whoever did the electrical before... obviously not a professional, who left a lot of mess to clean up) he explained what the issue was clearly and always had a smart, safe solution. At one point, he even repurposed a random loose wire that had been left behind to create a new outlet and another for light fixture we will install later. So clever and efficient! Will is the kind of person you just feel lucky to have working in your home. I can't recommend him enough!

They sent a text advising me to check with the City since the city is usually responsible for trees that close to the street. I'm sure some companies would not have suggested this option. Bottom line is his advice was valid and the City had the bulk of the clean up done within 2 hours of my inquiry. I didn't need their services this time, but their honesty, response time, and detailed explanation on a free estimate call, has convinced me to seek their services in the future and I will recommend them to others.
