We have been regulars every Friday night for the past 5 years. Food is still great, but all new servers and higher prices. And the servers are terrible! Spend more time texting and talking than serving. So done with this place. We miss Libby and keep missing Stacey. They were the best ever and the reason we have been such loyal customers. Never step foot in this place. The service was rude and the people in the bar seemed like mostly under age people drinking. Not once did I see anyone carded. They must have some connection with the Wichita Police Department or the owners know someone in the City Council. They allowed vaping in the bar and it wasn't tobacco. They allow under age people drinking and break most of the rules in a Kansas Bar. The servers were allowed to take shots at the bar while working. The bounce was drunk and rude. This bar has broken almost ever law in the books but some how they still remained open. Even after a shooting in their parking lot and that was whitewashed over. Someone high up in Wichita is paying the City off to remain open. Or someone in the City Council ownes this bar. This bar needs to be investigated by the KBI. Period. Something isn't right about this place. After the police corruption we have seen in Wichita, I wouldn't doubt that they are in volved in this corrupted bar. Stay away from this bar if you are over 35. You aren't welcome. If you are smart enough to make your own decisions. Stay away from Mulligans. read more

This is a great bar. Always a good crowd until close, great if you get off work late. The only downside is theres only one pool table. $3 24oz pbrs everday. I never get food, the pizza looks like crap. read more

I'm visiting Wichita for a couple days. Stopped here based on Yelp reviews. If you're looking for a "lively" bar with a local feel, this is a great place. Seems to be a place that has a lot of regulars. Food was good. Prices were great. Bartender Ashlee's service was great. Always paid attention, seeing if anyone needed anything. I went here for the first time in a long time recently, on trivia night. I gotta say, this place is soooooo much better than it used to be. For starters, it's clean. Whoever fixed up the place did a really good job, the bathroom looks really nice and the place doesn't smell dingy anymore. Had the garlic/chicken/mushroom (or something) pizza, small version. It was actually really good, and it turned out to be plenty of food for me. I'd definitely eat that again. I hear great things about all their pizzas, but that's the only one I've had. The staff was perfectly friendly and helpful, and everyone was having a good time (trivia and beer, hard to go wrong). If I had one problem, it was that I didn't love the fries. Struck a bizarre balance between spicy and bland. But that's just a little quibble. If the 5-star rating seems excessive, I think I just really want to express how much better this place is now. If you haven't been in a while, try it again. If you've never been, try the pizza. read more

I think others have hit on the main selling point that I am going to mention. Mulligan's has some of the best pizza in Wichita. I was rather surprised the first time I went there. I was in there for a drink and decided to order a little bit of food, and normally I don't expect much from bar food. This place is surprising in that they make a great thin crust pizza with incredible options. It is a friendly little place, and although I don't go all the time it is my local watering hole. It is an incredible bar, and I would recommend it to people looking for a place to grab a drink and people looking for a good pizza if they are in the area of the local theater or the Walmart on North Rock. read more

From the other reviews my experience seems like an exception, rather than a rule. My Mulligans experience left a lot to be desired. The wait staff was extremely slow and fairly rude. Our waitress was drinking on the job. It was St. Patrick's day, so I had the corn beef and cabbage, and it was bland. I am so frustrated with this place and I've never been there! I have tried calling 5 different times to set up my fantasy football party. They have ads all over the radio for 1/2 off your tab if you have your party there. When I call I always get some waitress that doesn't know how to schedule these and says I have to call back when the manager is there. I love this place. We go here very very often. Friday night is half price pizza night and their pizza is excellent and you can even get gluten free pizza. It's a "must try" on the pizza. They have different drink specials and such depending on what day you are there. But the service is always good. It's obviously a "locals" hangout. read more

Return to Mulligan's Pub after being contacted by the owner about my last visit. We were seated quickly and had a great server Stacy who took our drink orders right away and this place was busy. She then returned with the drinks and took our order and she confirmed the pizza with us to make sure she understood what we wanted. My daughter order a sandwich and salad also. A male brought the salad and refilled drinks and then Stacy return with our pizza. hot and fresh correctly made it was great. Later she brought the check as requested. I explained the owner had left a envelope at the bar for me, she said she would check. She return to the tale said the manager was getting it for me. The male that had brought out the salad and refilled drinks then brought me the envelope and introduced himself as the manager. he apologized for the previous visit. Over all very satisfied with my second visit and understand why this place was recommended now. read more
