It's located in the most adorable little vintage style bungalow in the Thornton Park neighborhood and it's almost impossible to walk by without going in because it's so inviting. I met both of the owners and they were so kind and warm! We spoke about possible events being hosted at the location and I can totally imagine myself making this a place that I frequent if and/or when they decide to move forward with event hosting. Then I get messages with prices not the same as what I was told in the store. Prices much higher. Then Its extra delivery costs included. Then its 20-30% markup added for installation. Then it's you have to pay cash (mind you Ive done business here before and spent thousands and never had to pay cash only). Come to find out I'm now dealing with an employee who claims he purchased the plants from the company on my behalf and now I have to pay him back. Contacted the owner (Miguel) and he 100% backs up this scheme and not only berates me, but raises his voice claiming I have to listen to him because he is the owner. Nope -- at this point they wanted over 50% more than the cost of the actual plants and in cash only. Something stinks here!!

I didn't know that they grew extremely tall and I would need a lot more than 4 to actually do what it is that I needed to do to create a fence. I do love their look and decided to keep them in pots so they don't grow to tall. I also did a combo by adding different color vinca's to them. I enjoyed this nursery, they are just pricier than some.

I can assure you, despite the very pleasant manner at the other end of the phone, you will get screwed. After 3 trips, 80 mile round trips each, I returned the obvious 10 gallon size orange tree that was in a 30 gallon pot. The spindly, small diameter trunk, sickly, broke branch tree was a joke. The owner needs to have a stenographer at his side to keep up with his lies. The appearance of the nursery is indicative of the owner's customer care. It looks like a run down/nasty version of what might have been a decent place at one time. The photos on the Yelp or nursery site do not, for the most part, depict the place I saw on multiple trips, Feb and March 2019, to Coleman Nursery. Again, BUYER BEWARE.
