I called and he was to our house to review in just a few days. He needed a programmer and offered us a choice of standard or Wi-Fi. We went with the Wi-Fi and he came back a few days later to install. He did great work and ensured that the app was working. The tree that killed our sprinkler head required him to cut the root of the tree. I could not believe the size of what he pulled out. Such a great guy and looked to make sure that the entire yard was in good shape.

Oliver and Armando showed up as promised and began searching for the cause of our problem. Using some very state of the art equipment they were able to locate a break in the underground electric wire running beneath our concrete driveway to the affected sprinkler zones. They made the necessary electronic repair and Voila! The sprinklers began working again! After they left I tested all the sprinkler zones station-by-station and 3 of the previously unaffected zones were no longer working! I promptly texted and left a voice message with Milton Outdoors and they sent Oliver back out the very next morning (a Saturday). Turns out our control panel has a glitch with the station-by-station process I was using and Oliver showed me how to work around it! He even offered to reprogram everything for me! We are elated! I must say the price is a little steep, but I don't think anyone else could have ever identified the problem, located the trouble area, and resolved everything - let alone in a single afternoon... Well worth every penny. And they even came right back when we mistakenly thought there was another problem.
