He communicated very well exactly when he would be here and he let me know when he was heading my way. When he got here, I had 3 different jobs for him and he knocked them out in 1/3 of the time it would have taken me. I usually do all my own sprinkler repair but these few things seemed like a pain in the butt for me to do and he knocked them out quickly and did an excellent job.
