They are top-notch dry cleaners and tailors!…read more They have been dry cleaning my husband's work shirts and suits for over 15 years, as well as many of my dresses & pants. There has never been a negative incident with them. The best part is their twice-a-week pick-up and delivery service. They even provided a hook for us to install outside the door so that we can hang the dry cleaning bag (also provided) when we need service. Another great service they provide is their expert tailoring. Over the years I have had them hem pants, repair tears, and alter dresses. They are professionals in everything they do. I highly recommend using them for your dry cleaning and tailoring needs.

Overpriced work, ruined a set of my work shirts…read more I think laziness in combination with a significant language barrier makes this a place to avoid. I needed a set of work shirts taken in at the waist and the sleeves taken in. They marked out all the work in advance but then left the sleeves as they were and shortened the length of the entire shirt. So I'm now left with a bunch of work shirts that are too short to even tuck into my pants and the sleeves are still too long. When I discussed the problem with the tailor he seemed unable to understand why this was a problem. I found multiple pins still in the sleeves when the altered shirts were returned. He had marked out the sleeve alterations, but didn't bother doing the work. I am now out the price of the alterations $45 a shirt for 5 shirts and I have to buy all new shirts $50 a shirt. Close to $500. Thankfully I kept a couple shirts to use until the new ones come in. Avoid. These are not serious people.

This was off just having a terrible experience with some shirts getting butchered by the local dry cleaner, so I wanted a more professional take. I walked in completely clueless on a whim, tactlessly not making an appointment, and even though it was Juan's lunchbreak he still immediately took the time to see me and work with me. That said... let the man eat. Don't interrupt his break! I still feel bad about it!!! About the tailoring: Juan is just That Dude. He WILL make you look better and point out ways to make the clothes better compliment your body that others don't even know about. The pricing felt extremely fair and not at all like I was being overcharged for the amount and quality of work being done. Not only that, Juan did me a solid by getting the alterations done in-time with a big move out of state. Last minute, off of a random walk-in, and brother still treated me like I was a long time regular. And matter of fact, even though I'm going to be living down south I WILL still be getting my nicest clothing tailored by Juan. That's what his work is worth to me. 10/10 will be making sure I get my nephews' first suits tailored by him too
