I think they did a pretty good job. Take care of everything and were done when we got home. I don't understand why the 1 star..

They did a horrible job on the very short driveway of one of our rental homes. Would not recommend for a square foot of work!

Prosper Landscaping Construction was the best experience I had working with a contractor. I wanted…read moresod laid in my yard and chose them after getting estimates from other contractors. Mark met with me within a couple of days to survey my property and gave me his expert opinions and recommendations. He offered so much more than I had envisioned and gave me several options to chose from. I chose the option to have my front and side yard fully covered with sod. I also had a driveway drainage issue when it rained, causing water to pool in my driveway up to several days. I was so impressed with Mark's patience in answering my questions and thoroughly explaining the steps on how the sod project would be completed, I had him include the estimate for a french drain to be installed as well. I accepted the offer and Mark provided timely communications and updates before the project began. On the day of the project, Mark and his crew were extremely organized and work very well together. The old grass was removed and the clay soil was prepped and leveled. The 100 ft french drain was installed during the yard preparation. The top soil was applied and leveled. The sod arrived on time and installation began on the morning of its arrival. Mark and his crew had all the sod laid quickly. The team was very friendly and respectful of my property. One of the crew members found an expensive drill and gave it to me so I could return it to the Spectrum technician who left it when he was moving the cable lines. I worked from home and I was not disturbed by the work going on outside from the crew. All the work was completed in two days. Now I have an HOA friendly yard! I am extremely satisfied with Prosper Landscaping Construction quality of work.

We get a call 5 minutes after 8 (the scheduled arrival time) that he had showed up and nobody was home? What? I asked, "did he ring the doorbell?" to which the customer service rep says "yes, it says he rang the doorbell twice". Bewildered, I run downstairs and test my doorbell, and at which time the doorbell chimes and both of our dogs bark wildly. Hmmm, so my dogs didn't hear the doorbell either? Now, 3 weeks later, following our honeymoon, we finally get a tech out to our rental and turns out, the furnace is broken! Snow it's cold inside and I have to wait for heat even longer while a tech comes and fixes our furnace. It's almost like I scheduled this 3 weeks earlier JUST IN CASE there was an issue. Now, I'm left in a cold townhome with no heat and no idea what the hell I'm supposed to do. Thank you to the USELESS technician that never even showed up to my house. Thank you for making sure the day we show up back from our honeymoon can be so frustrating. PSNC, make your people have some damn accountability and stop using this stupid monopoly as an excuse to not give a shit about your customers.

However, 6 months later I notice that I've had $15 charges for PSNC taken from my bank account each month. I didn't notice before because I don't use the account as much and it's such a small amount. Well, I called them and said I closed my service 6 months ago and moved out, why am I being charged? Low and behold, they have no record of my scheduled closing! Shocking! I got a final bill for $58, I have spent $150 on gas for the current tenant. Can't get my old landlord (Gaskill Realty in case you wonder) or the current tenant to return my calls or pay me back. Those idiots didn't apparently think it was their responsibility to put their utilities in their own name. So, I'm eating the money because PSNC is a bunch of incompetent idiots, just like my old landlord. So glad that my new home I'm buying doesn't use gas, I'll never have to pay these morons a cent again.
