The service was superb, my ice cream sundae was sooooo yummy! Levi enjoyed his vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone. The aesthetics were super cool! There is an actual pharmacy in the space too! And you know that we love JESUS and to see a "God Loves You" postcard from @vvbcknox was extra special too! Please always be reminded that God surely does love you. On this Memorial Day, we remember all of our service men and women for their bravery and selfless sacrifices. May we love one another; celebrate our differences and spread love with one kind word at a time. After waiting 12 minutes with no answer at the window, call button, or phone, I parked and went inside only to find that they had just opened at 8:15. When I asked if the drive-thru opened at 8, the employee responded, "yeah, we just got here," in a very dismissive tone. I completely understand that people can run late, life happens. But good customer service is about how you communicate in those situations. A simple, "we were running a little behind this morning, I'm so sorry for the delay," would have been more than enough. Instead, I was met with rudeness, which made the experience unnecessarily frustrating, especially since I had scheduled my morning around the pharmacy's posted opening time. Because of this, I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere, there are plenty of other options. What happened to good customer service?
