When I realized what was happening, I called to protest the charges and asked why I was being billed after the one‑year period I was told about. The representative said they would "escalate the issue" and get back to me. No one ever responded. No follow‑up, no explanation, no accountability. Meanwhile, they kept performing treatments without calling, texting, or scheduling anything -- just showing up and charging me for services I did not consent to continue. This mismatch between what's promised verbally and what's buried in the contract feels misleading, and the lack of follow‑through when I raised the issue says a lot about how they handle customer concerns. If you're considering using them, read every line of the contract and don't rely on what you're told over the phone.

I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. It was suggested that she replace her 60+ year old vents and that was also accomplished. The vents are more functional and they made the house look better. The bait traps that were set are working, we haven't seen any droppings and the house smells cleaner. The gentlemen who took care of everything were amazing, they were knowledgeable and transparent in their answers which put my mind at ease. I can now visit my mom without any concerns.
