My mom had an issue with mice and, from day one of their service I felt that they would handle it.....and they did. It was suggested that she replace her 60+ year old vents and that was also accomplished. The vents are more functional and they made the house look better. The bait traps that were set are working, we haven't seen any droppings and the house smells cleaner. The gentlemen who took care of everything were amazing, they were knowledgeable and transparent in their answers which put my mind at ease. I can now visit my mom without any concerns. I want to thank the team for their service and for being patient and caring when talking with my 93 year old mother. She has said on several occasions how nice and helpful everyone was. Thank you all, it was worth every penny.

I didn't feel very comfortable with their treatment plans, and they all seemed dead set on selling me crawl space encapsulation packages. I called Tim on the recommendation of a neighbor. He's the kind of guy that will tell you what to look out for whether you use him or not. He did a thorough inspection and I ended up hiring him to do the treatment even though it was a bit higher than some other quotes I got. I had more faith in his treatment method than I did the bait stations the other guys wanted to put out. His termite warranty is fully transferrable should you sell your house. I hired him again this year to replace the moisture barrier in my crawl space after I got an offer on my house. He went above and beyond. He is punctual, thorough, and knows a lot of other local contractors if you need other things done. Hire him, you won't be disappointed!

Not sure of the office location. It's Orkin in my area :…read more I'm not feeling confident about trusting Orkin right now. They offered a free attic inspection -- and I later learned they also do free crawl space inspections. The technician, Chris, came out, went up into the attic, and came back down with several photos. When I asked him to email the pictures to me, he said he would. I've made that same request twice to the office since then, and I still don't have the photos. During the visit, he pointed to marks in the pictures and said they were "signs of pests." He also pointed out a tiny hole in the insulation, claiming it was pest-related -- though honestly, it was so small that only a bug could fit through. His recommendation was to remove all of the attic insulation, treat for pests, reinstall new insulation, and cover the outside vents -- for a total of just over $4,000. I haven't seen or heard any evidence of pests in my attic -- no scratching, no droppings, nothing. Yet I can't reach Chris, and the office still hasn't sent me his report or photos. So I'm left wondering: was Orkin being honest about an infestation, or did the technician just make a big claim and move on?
