I would not recommend this company nor would I ever use them again. Complete waste of money. I also didn't appreciate the comment "go ahead and write a yelp review, we been here 20 years, ur review isn't going to do anything" Ur right, it probably wont. But its flippant comments like that that make a person go out of their way to tell people in their community NOT to use this service.

Performed some basic treatment and refused to let me pay him for it. Stated that if the problem continues just let him know and he'll be happy to return and do more. I love giving my business to small companies who understand that a customer for life is better than a customer for a day. Thanks Jesse!!

We've not yet had a visit from Jesse, but I called him to ask about some dog ticks we found on our…read morebedcovers following a visit to a wooded area. Another regional company, which I had called first, recommended that I have them out for a $195 visit and enroll in a $109-per-month follow-up service. Part of the service included controlling for ticks in our yard, even though we were certain we picked up the ticks during the previous weekend's travels. The person on the phone gave no answers at all about the ticks, whether they could lead to an infestation, etc. After we texted Jesse a picture of the ticks, he identified them and said tick infestations are rare, we should wash our sheets in hot water and dry them on high heat, vacuum thoroughly, check with a doctor to see if there are any health concerns, and call him if we were still seeing ticks in a few weeks. I also mentioned our having seen a few cockroaches around the house. He gave similar advice: it's late summer; if you're not seeing more than a few, don't worry; and call back if you start seeing more. He even gave advice about duct-taping over the flashing in our vents if they had pulled away from the wood. I think the two negative reviews represent folks who misinterpreted his bluntness as a bad attitude. I found him to be straight to the point, knowledgeable, and honest even against his self-interest. So a long story short: I was prepared to spend money on two different; Jesse talked me out of it and instead gave me helpful free advice. This may have cost him some business today, but we now know whom to call if we have any bug problems in the future.

I have been using Neuse Termite and Pest Control for many years now. When my house was built, they…read moreprovided the initial termite treatment and it was time for a booster treatment after 8 years. Yesterday the best technicians helped me out with this project. Warren and Shon completed the booster treatment in the crawlspace, garage and exterior and did the installation, drilling and work with complete professionalism and dedication. They were timely and called me with their arrival details. Warren explained the process and warranty and Shon answered all my other questions. The new treatment lasts 15 years so the cost of renewal is well worth it. You then do annual warranty appointments to check on the property and it is very easy. Warren and Shon were incredible! I also use Neuse for pest control at a rental property and this side of the house is also very professional in what they do. Thank you for all of your scheduling help and professional work and highly recommend them for any time of termite and/or pest control in the area!

My landlord uses Kil-Mor for pest control, and they have turned out to be a big disappointment…read more Definitely call around the area for a better service. To elaborate: My house had a pretty bad flea problem. This company came and treated with professional-grade flea bombs, saying this would "solve the problem." More than a month later, the fleas remained. When I tried to have Kil-Mor come for follow-up treatments, they were hard to get a hold of. When they did come to the house, the technician couldn't answer my questions. Once, a technician came to the house and said he would need to spray. He then told me he would need to do an additional bug bomb, but didn't tell me I would need to leave the house. Right before he was about to perform the procedure, he said: "you need to leave the house for at least an hour right now." Seems like information you'd need to know more than 30 seconds beforehand! I so wished my landlord had used another company, and I suggest you shop around before committing to this group.
