Or am I missing something? It was steak dinner night. My Dad and I had already ate so we just came in for a cocktail. No need to purchase anything unless you want to upgrade your game. - I've only taken classes with Emma and Tim (who are both stellar instructors), but I heard everyone else is great too. - As long as you provide a 48 hour notice, you can switch your class to another day of the week. - There's always parking available! - You can purchase tools and materials directly from the shop and pick it up on the shelf the next time you come in. On the day of the party, the staff was amazing. They jumped in to help my friends set up before I even arrived. They also gave us plenty of breathing room at the end of the night, letting us take our time cleaning up and saying goodbye without rushing us out the door whatsoever. I usually don't like maple or pecan paired with matcha, that flavor combo is something I'd never expect to work, but this was nutty, sweet, with a balanced creaminess to it, and the matcha wasn't overpowering at all. Perfect blend. I liked it so much I ended up getting it three more times after that first visit. My wife got a regular cream top matcha and we actually had to take that one back. The matcha flavor wasn't quite there, and then once they added a little more matcha, the cream top wasn't sweet enough, it kinda just tasted like a milky foam. But the barista, this younger gentleman, was super helpful and understanding, he really cared and helped us out by remaking it and adjusting it to exactly what we were expecting. I have tried a couple of circles, which has been nice to just be in the community and talk/get to know one another. Lastly they do mixers here-n-there and other events. I have yet to try a mixer, but I am sure I will at some point. The circle is really for everyone and every age ... I will say it does lean towards more 40 and up though.
