The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me! My parents were so happy with how everything turned out, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care and effort this team put into making their home feel like new again. So everything is literally covered by layers of dust, cigarette tar, saw dust. I probably did not stress the level of messiness clearly, and they were surprised by the amount of work needed. But even so, they managed to bring in more people and held up their guarantee to complete the work same day. The house is 10 times better after the cleaning. The clean was so detailed everything is sparkling and even old unfinished wood is much cleaner (which I didn't think you can effectively clean). Price is reasonable and communication is easy and fast. Downright the best cleaning team I've used.

For some people this service ticks the box as just a cleaning service and based on that they do a good job with cleaning surfaces kitchen bathrooms etc. But for others, myself included, I didn't feel I was receiving the type of care that I feel a personal home cleaning service should be.

Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. They removed grim but missed a few silverware drawers. The dispatcher had allotted 2 to 3 hours for the job even after I told him my tenants had trashed the place.
