Unfortunately, after about a year, Noelia has become undependable. It's possible that she's taken other jobs and has difficult scheduling us--for budgetary reasons, we've had to cut back to biweekly--and if so, we're happy for her, but wish she'd just tell us instead of canceling day-of. The excuses for not being able to make it have become rather outlandish, too, which makes it weirder. When she does come, she rushes through the job, possibly because she's not canceling the other job, just running late. For the price she charges, we had hoped to get someone who spent more than two hours. So we like Noelia okay, but we're going to be moving on. read more
