I'm a new customer and tried to keep an open mind and come back and do the service at 1pm. But there was no apologies, discount offered or anything to acknowledge this error. Just $145 for an oil change charged. The waiting room was nice and clean. Update to owners response: There was no attempt to reach out before hand. You should audit your records closer if the team told you that. I have no missed calls emails or texts asking to reschedule before I arrived. The only text I had was a confirmation for the noon time. Don't be defensive just take feedback as a gift for improvement.

I was once told by a dealer's service department where I bought the car that my car needed brakes and it was unsafe to drive home. This didn't sit well given the car's mileage so I took the car to Spaanstra Bros. They showed me that my brakes were well within the safe operating level. Ten thousand miles later, I had the brakes done and they were still good although getting close to needing replacement. Of the repairs and service I've had done here over the years, they may not be the least expensive, but I feel I'm receiving value as a result of their competence and honesty. Highly recommended.

Sam is a master mechanic with tons of experience and knowledge. He's a good human being with a strong moral compass, your safety and business are his priority, not profit. He has worked on my Cadillac SRX, my Silverado 2500hd and my Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. I have spent in the ballpark of $15k in repairs between all three vehicles and I wouldn't think of trusting anyone else with my vehicles, they go above and beyond. You will never be overcharged for parts, labor or unnecessary repairs which is rarer than you would think and they are as honest as they come. Over my lifetime I have been screwed over by every mechanic I have had at some point or another, mostly by dealerships and I can assure you the quality of work is much better and much less expensive.
