I have many large fillings that will need crowns. Because of the position of my teeth the only way to assure positive results would be to move these molars. Dr. Bronsky came up with a plan not only to move these teeth, but also to improve my bite and enhance my smile. I waited for years to do this. My advice to you is to make an appointment with dr Bronsky. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I'm am very pleased with the results !

Dr. Birdsall refused to do the extraction despite extreme pain due to an extraction with 2 roots being too complex, in his words. Left the office in excruciating pain in tears and given a prescription for round 2 of antibiotics. Their next move was to mail a dismissal letter. Pretty humorous for a PPO patient with perfect teeth otherwise paying cash for urgent service. My regular dentist was "flabbergasted" at Dr. Birdsall's refusal to take action, I can only imagine how he would react to the unprofessional conduct for a patient left in pain after the fact.

I thought great its not as bad as he thought! well filling went in and then got infected and had an abscess. I then had to go through an extensive process of having the filling pulled out and a root canal done. I had to be on antibiotic for a while, and unfortunately have yet to be comfortable. I have daily pain in my mouth and am in debt due to all the excess bills because this one "dentist" felt he was better than he actually was and still got all of his money while I am in constant pain.

Third, he is far more experienced with Invisalign than any other orthodontist in the Binghamton area and he even explained how they are the preferred method for aligning my teeth when other docs said that Invisalign would never even work on my teeth. Overall, I could not be more happy. He has two offices. One in Binghamton and one in Endicott and NO they are not big fancy plush offices with game rooms and espresso machines and bubble gum flavored latex exam gloves. Hallelujah! I just want my teeth fixed, I don't want to pay for an 8,000 square foot replica of Barnes and Noble!
