I lived in the apartment of that…read morebuilding for three years without a single problem, 3 months into their ownership I am being threatened by Bill claiming to be ex law enforcement and their manipulative/narcissistic ways, led them to changing the bottom locks and leaving court noticed on my 2nd floor door that I had no way of accessing or seeing. They now deny my entrance into the building and waste police resources by forcing me to call Binghamton police department for an escort anytime I enter the property. Bill has told me I am only to enter at his convenience which was set straight real quick by Binghamton police department. Mary was also caught on police body cameras admitting to opening my personal belongings while inside and due to the nature of what was in there, tried to turn it over to the police, failing to realize she was the one committing the crime. I plan on seeing them in court as well as reporting them to the housing authority and hopefully getting a criminal conviction on not one, but both of them. They are delusional and think laws don't apply to them and it's no wonder they have a 1 star rating across the board!
