Turns out my water heater was 12 years old (I had just purchased my house). He recommended I replace it, but was never pushy. He gave me different brand options based on my financial situation. He also repaired my toilet that wasn't properly bolted to the floor. It turned out to be a more extensive repair than I had previously thought. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He was on time, kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost (plumbers can be expensive!) but I felt the service and time he spend was fairly priced! I will only be using Water Heaters and More from now on!

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a quality plumbing company to work with.

Extreme price gouging!!!! During a hard freeze this past winter my pipes froze and burst. My…read morerelative recommended this company so I called for assistance. They came the next day and repaired the damaged pipes and replaced two sub meters. The plumber they sent had never seen sub meters. He said I'd need to call JEA about them. I explained that they were mine and that I'd had them installed years prior. He had no clue where to get them. He went back to his truck after looking over the situation and I came back inside and called a plumbing supply company five minutes from my home that stated they carried them. I went out to his truck and told him where he could get the sub meters and he was sitting there clipping his nails! After a while he left and got the necessary supplies for the job and came back and made the necessary repairs. According the the owner of the company the sub meters cost $237.00 each totaling $474.00 there was four feet of PVC pipe replaced and the charge for the repair was $2,186.91. The repair took a total of three house counting the time the repair person sat in my driveway clipping his nails and doing whatever else he was doing but surely was not working on my repair. He didn't even wrap the piped with insulation after he replaced the broken pipes and meters. He told me I'd need to do that! Their hourly fee for this job works out to approximately $550.00 per hour! In my opinion that's price gouging. I spoke with Spencer, the owner of the company who told me they don't work "buy the hour" they price by the job and reminded me of overhead costs etc. He said he'd look over the paperwork for the job and see what he could do. After numerous attempts to contact him he finally offered me a $200.00 refund and said he'd mail it to me. After countless attempts to get the refund I finally drove to their "office" and in person I requested they write me a check. I waited about twenty minutes and got the $200.00 refund. I will NEVER call this company again!

Our toilets, showers, and tubs were backed up and this was on a Sunday. After I called I got a call…read morefrom the company who explained the process and that someone was working in our area and it could be up to 2 hours. I okayed that and got a text message 5-10 minutes later and replied Yes to accept the service. Then I got another text about 15 minutes later from the Service Technician saying he will be here in about an hour. After that text he arrived about 20 minutes later introduced himself and I showed him the problem. His name is Mr. Galu - I hope I spelled it correctly. My first impression was he is friendly, clean-cut, professional, courteous, competent, and wearing a mask. He went to the front of the house to look at the round pipe above the ground and saw bush roots around it. He cut the bush and roots, okay by me and I helped, and then got an electric "snake" to go down the pipe and reversed it out. This cleared out everything blocking the pipe and all was back to normal again. He asked if we had a dog and if we bathe the dog in the tub which we do. He saw a lot of dog hair and most likely was the problem after 12 years of baths. More good news! He recommended Roto-Rooter Preventative Pipe Shield Maintenance Treatment - 1 Gallon - good for at least 64 treatments and will last a year. I definitely want something like this. He had some with him and had it added to the invoice. He explained and showed me how to mix it with water, when and how to do. It is only once a month. The next day I purchased a screen to place over the tub opening to keep any dog hair from going down the drain again. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especially our Service Technician Mr. Galu as he is the best and would like to give him Special Thanks And Recognition (STAR) - Thank you.

Too many bad reviews and especially about over pricing and vagueness regarding basic pricing for…read moresimple jobs. I'm aware that some jobs might seem simple before the techs start the work and sometimes things are unknown until they're in the process of doing the work. However to not be able to give a general price to replace three dimmer switches! They fail to see that times are hard for nearly everyone and people have to prepare more than ever especially with the high cost of products/, etc. They could always have a disclaimer that it's just a quote and the actual cost or actual price may vary and won't be provided until after either inspection and/or repair. I'm providing this rating by seeing the astronomical horrible reviews and also my telephone experience with their customer service/scheduling department not being able to give me a quote but will charge me a fee for a quote when they can tax write off the gas and time of their employee coming out. These companies know they can do that but are ripping people off left and right. Reviews matter and it's disappointing that they've changed for the worse it appears than when we were referred to them by a well known Church/School on the westside by I-10. I've already had electricians out here numerous times as we have a home warranty company that's already done the necessary research and I know what's needed and that's to replace three dimmer switches. I couldn't get a general quote nor an hourly rate so I'll take my business elsewhere! Thank you Yelp and Yelpers! Blessing to you all.
