Their first available appointment was a week out, probably because they are the ONLY electricians that actually answer the phone or return phone calls. Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located. All in all came out to about $100/HR. Both electricians were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.

Extreme price gouging!!!! During a hard freeze this past winter my pipes froze and burst. My…read morerelative recommended this company so I called for assistance. They came the next day and repaired the damaged pipes and replaced two sub meters. The plumber they sent had never seen sub meters. He said I'd need to call JEA about them. I explained that they were mine and that I'd had them installed years prior. He had no clue where to get them. He went back to his truck after looking over the situation and I came back inside and called a plumbing supply company five minutes from my home that stated they carried them. I went out to his truck and told him where he could get the sub meters and he was sitting there clipping his nails! After a while he left and got the necessary supplies for the job and came back and made the necessary repairs. According the the owner of the company the sub meters cost $237.00 each totaling $474.00 there was four feet of PVC pipe replaced and the charge for the repair was $2,186.91. The repair took a total of three house counting the time the repair person sat in my driveway clipping his nails and doing whatever else he was doing but surely was not working on my repair. He didn't even wrap the piped with insulation after he replaced the broken pipes and meters. He told me I'd need to do that! Their hourly fee for this job works out to approximately $550.00 per hour! In my opinion that's price gouging. I spoke with Spencer, the owner of the company who told me they don't work "buy the hour" they price by the job and reminded me of overhead costs etc. He said he'd look over the paperwork for the job and see what he could do. After numerous attempts to contact him he finally offered me a $200.00 refund and said he'd mail it to me. After countless attempts to get the refund I finally drove to their "office" and in person I requested they write me a check. I waited about twenty minutes and got the $200.00 refund. I will NEVER call this company again!

I worked with John from Silver Strand Electric on a room addition and was extremely impressed. He is not only an expert at his trade, but the customer service you get from him is unmatched. We had consistent delays due to another contractor on the job but John was always there when he said he would be and easily accessible at all times. He understood the delays in construction and was eager and willing to work around them. He had great ideas and options for all aspects of the project and his pricing was very fair compared to the many ripoff companies in the area. John was referred to us by our property manager when we needed to have a rusted electrical conduit replaced on our roof in Ponte Vedra Beach. He helped coordinate getting the power turned off & back on, lined up the county inspector and worked with the schedule of the roofers to get it done. I was in tears, and she was so kind and compassionate -- she even connected me with one of their technicians to try to help(Attached are pics that I sent via text for help troubleshooting). Although I ultimately received help from a family friend, I'll never forget the empathy and genuine care shown by T&M's staff during a really stressful time. So I call back, maybe something got mixed up, and the guy says he can come now for an estimate. He shows up, takes a couple notes, verifies my email address and says he will send an estimate over. Nothing shows up. We hired their competitor that is directly across the street. They were in and out in 3 days and did a great job. Avoid these people, surprised on how they got so big with terrible customer service.
