Pizza special - flank steak, pesto, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and balsamic glaze
    Molly L.

Had THE BEST pizza! It was a one of the evening's specials - flank steak, mozzarella, pesto, cherry tomatoes and balsamic glaze. Delicious! Loved the historic atmosphere and had a great server. We will be back!

Amazing pizza and bevvies! Had the dill pizza and the mushroom pizza. Added some meat to both. Incredibly buttery crust and flavor profiles! Just amazing pizza. Then, had a "Raspberry Silk" cocktail that was like raspberry cheesecake in a glass. Sat at the bar with an amazing bartender. Student from Brooklyn Park, MN... lovely woman. Even let us blow smoke bubbles with this amazing tool for froofy cocktails. Great conversation and food. LOVE this place!

Very cute place! The burrata was very good - a little too much garlic. Spicy pepperoni pizza was fantastic. Muddled raspberry N.A. mojito was great.

All things considered, a solid 4. Loved the ambiance, parking is a bit slim because it's downtown. Service was okay, bartender walked past me 3 times before he realized my beer was empty. The beer was cold, pizza was really good but not over the top. Expensive for what you get.

I am so happy for Muddled Thyme to bring another stellar drinking and dining location to Winona! I was here for 2-3 hours on a Friday night and there was never a lull in business, and yet service was still present and friendly. The main level is busier with tables, booths, and bar seating. Upstairs is quieter with only a few tables. Decor is beautiful with a mix of current styles (subway tiles, neon signs, air plants, etc) mixed with some Victorian touches in the bathrooms. We had a few pizzas: Sausage and Herbs, Spicy Pepperoni, and Fig and Bleu. Every one was amazing. Rave reviews around the table. This was echoed on the appetizers too of the Brussels Sprouts and Burrata. I have zero negatives to say about Muddled Thyme. I have so much hope that this business will thrive as it's owned by the woman who successfully owns Blooming Grounds. Can't wait to visit again!

This is one of my two favorite places to bring friends in Winona. Pizza is crisp on the bottom but still soft, the perfect amount of sauce. If you've ever been to punch pizza this is an upgraded version of both their pizza and the cocktails () I seriously made the basil smash at home for multiple people and for hosting because it was so good. So refreshing. For it being as busy as it was on a Friday night the service was pretty quick and the food came out shortly after the cocktails (since we ordered them at the same time) the vibe inside is super cute with all of the mirrors and the tall ceilings. I especially love the little balcony and couches that give it a cocktail lounge feel. So happy to have you in Winona muddled thyme

    Arugula salad- yummy!

Great food, service and lovely ambiance. The muddled Thyme is a foodie spot in Winona. We had the arugula salad, and the special pizza which was local sausage and "ramps" (these were like a green onion). Mikayla was a wonderful server - she split the salad for us as I wanted Parmesan cheese instead- good size salad I must say. The pizza crust is delicious, and the pizza was good tasting however, I think a little red sauce or more white sauce would have been nicer. It was a little dry. We will definitely come back to try the other pizza flavors and fare.

Great dinner. Lovely old building. Awesome giant pizza oven. Loved the spicy pepperoni with hot honey. The yolo was a nice meat lovers. The crust was thin and chewy and tasted so good. The burrata and the Brussel sprout apps were also tasty. The forever 21 cocktail was interesting with the Amaretto and the fruity flavors why the Champagne float. Yum. Cute place. Recommend.

The best way to get the root or meat and cheese of the matter is to get down on this 16-acre pizza farm yourself. To get there, drive through serpentine country back roads and "a steady cloud of dust that leads back to a field filled with pickup trucks." Park behind the main buildings where rows of tomato, mozzarella, and pepperoni plants grow. Save time by sending some of your crew to scout for a prime picnic spot while you queue up in the ordering line. Expect a long wait, but hay, it's worth it! You'll be happy as a pig in the mud sinking your teeth into a tasty, wood-fired, farm-fresh pizza. We ordered the following (ingredients in pics): PESTO: Basically an apprentice Vampire Slayer. Killer pizza, but not strong enough to destroy Jemaine Clement's Vladislav. HALEY'S COMET: Fungus is not for me. THAI CHICKEN: Popularithai contest winner! It could use extra cilantro as that was overpowered by the sweet chili peanut sauce. VAMPIRE SLAYER (previous visit): Unearthly amounts of garlic will give your inner Buffy raging vampire-slayah superpowers! Hi-yah! But there's more on this farm than meets the sty besides pizza! Hang out by the campfire, enjoy live music, or visit with the resident chickens, cows, pigs and goats. You'll be living high on the hog, enjoying it all on a Suncrest pizza night until the cows come home. Best pizza, barn none.
