What used to feel like a reliable practice now feels like an intern training ground, where patient care clearly isn't the priority. At my most recent visit, I needed routine bloodwork done. What should have been a simple procedure turned into an awful experience. The staff member attempted to draw my blood three separate times and still couldn't do it properly. After nearly a decade of loyalty, being put through something like that without any sign of competence or accountability is beyond disappointing. Patients deserve experienced care, not to feel like practice subjects. I will seriously be reconsidering coming back.
