They have picnic tables with umbrellas which was actually really nice after being in the car for so long. Got the chicken fingers and fries, honestly so good. The fries were seasoned nicely and they give you a lot of food. The staff were really friendly and good with our kids too. The only thing I'd say is if your kids have a lot of energy, sit outside if you can. Inside is small and there's breakable stuff all over the walls so outside just gives them more space to be kids without you stressing. Overall a really good stop if you're driving through Drumheller, food's good and it works for kids and adults.

So after a 15 minute drive out of Drumheller, a 40 minute wait, and we end up driving back to town with 3 hungry and tired kids. Never in my life has that happened. Worst service ever. Honestly this place is a tourist trap. Plenty of good restaurants right in town. If you want to risk it and lose 1.5 hours of your life, go ahead. But they are next level terrible. Go elsewhere!

First impression is a 10 out of 10. What a beautiful reno. The ownership is brand new as well and quite often you'll see them (Guy & Barry) walking about, serving customers and making sure all is well. My wife went out for dinner last night and seeing that we live in south Calgary, why not head to Okotoks and check out the Royal Duke. The menu is pretty nice - a little bit of everything. We chose the 8oz NY Steak sandwich which did not disappoint. It was a Sunday night so things were quite quiet but I've been in there for lunch as well and it's quite a popular place to be. The service was great - Melissa was our server, very personable and really knowledgable about the different drinks on tap. There's loads of room, a billiards room with two tables, lots of TVs and sports to watch, very bright lighting and a private room with VLTs. Probably what really blows me away about this place is that I can bring my kids who are both under 5 years. Much like the UK where kids can go to the pub with mum & dad, it's the same here. All of the staff have been very nice and friendly as well. The prices are about average with bars, without many specials that I've had the opportunity to take advantage of.
