This is a standout restaurant. I miss it already. My family and I only had two nights in Boracay and we spent both of our dinners at Muchos...and lunch...and we would have done breakfast here if our flight left any later. You could tell that the food was made with quality ingredients and that the chef didn't take any short cuts. Everything we tried was delicious, interesting, and fully consumed without a crumb to spare. Our favorites were the tofu/cauliflower skewers, beef and queso birria tacos, shrimp ceviche, and barbacoa bowl. Drinks were on point too. No premade mixes here. As a tequila lover, I fully approve of their tequila selection. We loved the intimate vibe and intentional vibe. Not gimmicky like many of the surrounding restaurants. Not vegan per the menu. Cooked on the same grill as meat and tastes of meat. Small portions, sizing is more like tapas. They only provided one container of dressing for three items ordered. They also forgot the dressing for the taco. Utensils provided. Thoughtful for serving water as we waited. Good service but took a little long to prepare and pricey. read more

Ambiance was great, staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was so good! I got the carnitas birria and loved it - my husband got the classic ceviche (it's spicy but loved the flavor, recommend having the sauce on the side!). Pictured is the barbacoa bowl which was also so good. The drinks were also so delicious, I love spicy margaritas and their margarita picante hit the spot. Would recommend this place!! read more
