We were told that this spot has an excellent chef that offers the taste of Filipino and Spanish cuisine. So, we decided to make an advance reservations. The restaurant offers two options for dinner dinning in the evening with a limit of 90mins per seating. which we thought were reasonable being a popular spot in the area of Station 1. We arrived on time for our reservations and was greeted warmly by the host. The restaurant is nicely decorated, clean and it gives out the feel of being in Barcelona, Spain. Our server escorted us to our table almost immediately without wait and was offered water and given the menu. We elected to order our drinks, starters and appetizers and our main course of meal. We also didn't wait to be served our meals and our server was kind and attentive, extremely helpful. The food were all served freshly made, in elegant dishes with the most exquisite taste and flavor. We enjoyed every bite as it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend for everyone to try!

Definitely a must when in Boracay and order their oysters! The best baked oysters in the island! My friend and I ordered an assortment of tapas but the oysters were our main focus during this meal. Went on a weekday lunch last March and we were seated immediately. Dinners seem to be busier whenever we would pass by going to and from our hotel.

Went here twice. Service is top notch and everyone is so attentive. On our first visit for merienda cena we had the pulpo, clams, oysters (off the shell) with jamon iberico and sangria. Plus an entire baguette. We ate everything. A bit disappointed that the oysters were off the shell and the ham appeared to be cooked but still tasted good. Sangria was delicious and had a strong citrus flavour. Dinner was Tortilla de Patatas, Sopa de Ajo and albondigas. The albondigas was too sweet but everything else was good. While not beach front, and instead next to the street, the vibe is super cute and cozy. We chose to sit outside both times and at night the lights are a nice vibe. Enjoyed our visit.

This was a welcome change of pace from the rest of the food offerings that we had come across in our PI travels. There are a lot of great places to eat in Boracay but here, you get a different sort of fusion food here. Very Spanish from the decor to the menu with Filipino flavor and hospitality. Our family of five came here about 1.5 weeks into our 2.5 week trip through Manila and Boracay. We ordered a few tapas items - albondigas x 2, baked oysters x 2. Our kids demolished the couple orders of albondigas and a bowl of assorted breads in moments. The sauce from the albondigas+ their fresh bread basket was great! I am normally partial to fresh oysters paired with a bit of spicy/savory sauce but the baked oysters here were bangggggin' - a pinch of minced ham over a béchamel and Parmesan cheese covered oyster. They rival any oyster I've had back home. Our mains were a seafood paella and roasted chicken. The paella was awesome, seasoned beautifully, and the rice crisped as we worked on it throughout our dinner. The bottom of the dish eventually developed that cracking crispy brown without drying out the upper layers or getting overly burnt and stuck to the pan - that's what I am looking for. The seafood atop were shrimp, clams, squid, and mussels. The flair of Filipino that added to the dish were the slices of lemon and sliced hard boiled egg evoking that pancit vibe. The roasted chicken was a solid backup for our less adventurous kids. Served on sliced baked potatoes it did not disappoint. We washed it down with a carafe of red sangria that wasn't too sweet but still had plenty of local fruit in the mix.

Amazing food and very pretty interior. The best meal we have had on the island and best meal I as a Northern California Bay Area native have had in years. Service was a tad slow for us BUT they may have done that on purpose because I know in Spain they want patrons to take their time and enjoy the surroundings where maybe as I, an American wanna eat and run. I won't forget the flavors anytime soon as I intend to try and copy that garlic chicken recipe.

This an overdue review. We were in Boracay early part of June 2022, and our first decent meal after the trip was here. An absolute delight. A friend recommended this place, and it was spot-on. I love Spanish food and rarely will you find an excellent restaurant in the Philippines. We were a party of four people and, I'm glad, we came at a perfect time - 6pm. Crowd was nominal. By the time we left the place, there was line outside the door. We mostly ordered TAPAS. That alone was sufficient for all of us. Everything was scrumptious and authentic to the core. To start off, Spanish wine - a necessity. :) CALAMARES FRITOS; JAMON AND MANCHEGO PLATTER: PATE DE POLLO - this is a must, an absolute delight. We lived in Spain for four years and this is my first time to taste an authentic pate in this part of the world. Unsure if it's bottled bought however still great. The ACEITUNAS VERDES ALINADAS - olives aged in olive oil and garlic, a fave of my spouse. All of their salads were fresh and simply enlivening - we had different types of salad ENSALADA VERDE; ENSALADA DE TOMATE; and ENSALADADE TOMATE. We just had too... really refreshing combination of greens, tomatoes and the house dressing magnificent. We had but shared one type of dessert and ooooh so delightful. Pudding topped with gelato. Great way to end the dinner feast. Stayed for a good hour and a half, just plainly enjoyed the food and company similar to European dining, no rush eating. Oh, must not forget the PAELLA NEGRA - Paella cooked in fresh squid ink. Have to get your carbs and seafood. So, if ever you find yourself vacationing in Boracay, do dine in this place and you won't regret it.

Absolutely outstanding! The Gambas al Ajilo and Salpicao de Pescado were easily the best food we've had in the week we've been in the Philippines! highly recommend

Been here twice, and consider it one of the most special dining places around the world, a sort of private dining getaway. The tapas are just so good. The decor is on par. Drinks are generous. Waitstaff friendly as it goes in the Philippines. Live music sets the mood without being overbearing. I will go here every time I go to the Philippines, with or without company.

Have to try this place it's awesome
