I really love coming here. The quesabirria tacos are excellent and I couldn't recommend the guacamole more.

It was a little confusing initially because there's a walk up register to order, so I thought I'd order up there when I was ready, but when I sat down to wait for a friend, I got waited on. So I guess both things are true. You get free chips and salsa at the table, which is always great, and I want to give a shoutout to having additional salsas in squeezable bottles at the table you can add to your liking to your food. Yum!

You know how sometimes meats can be a bit bland. Not here. They really nail the taste and tenderness and the people working there, Just lovely. The waiter and the lady at the register were both super friendly and welcoming, which always makes for a great experience. Okay, onto the specifics, I started with a burrito de asada, and seriously, it was perfect. It was put together so nicely, packed full, and they even included rice inside, which was a delicious surprise. Super satisfying and felt like great value for the price. Then I branched out and tried a couple of their gorditas one with steak and another with chorizo. Again, both meats were incredibly tasty and really well prepared. Now, a little heads up, their gorditas are a bit unique. Instead of the usual pouch you stuff, they cut the entire top off, so it's more like an open faced sandwich. It was different, but honestly, it was still super delicious and easy to eat. We also shared a taco dinner, and those were fantastic too. The prices overall are really reasonable, especially for the quality you're getting. Oh, and you absolutely must try their horchata, it's seriously good and so refreshing. The place itself is pretty chill. They have a TV on, and it was generally quiet, which is nice for a relaxed meal. It's not a huge spot, with a few tables and booths, but what really caught my eye was how many people were coming in for takeout orders. That's always a good sign that it's a popular local favorite. Honestly, if you're ever looking for a top notch taco shop nearby, this one is probably one of the best I've encountered. You definitely won't be disappointed.

I finally found the right time to try this place, being in the mood for a dine-in Mexican dinner…read more It's a nice place with pleasant servers, and kudos to the guy who filled my water 3 times. I was torn between a chicken mole dinner or just good old tacos. I opted for the tacos Al pastor with rice and beans. I have had Al pastor at many, many places, and it's been interesting to see people's takes on the recipes. These were, hands down, the best I've had anywhere. The meat was charred nicely, yet tender. The marinade/sauce had the perfect balance between the sweetness of the pineapple and the counterbalance of the lime, cilantro, and onion. I was so proud of my selection, that I ordered some to-go for my daughter to try. I also had a delicious strawberry margarita and finished off with a tres leches dessert. Everything was superb! I'll be back for that mole someday, and will also try their Taco Tuesday. Judging from my food, as well as the presentations of others choices that I noticed, I believe their chef is seriously talented and creative.

My wife and I are pretty stuffed right now! I had the quesabirria tacos and she had a spicy shrimp dish with avocado and tortillas. Oh, and we had the nachos with a flight of 5 delicious salsas, as an appetizer. In the end, Orale felt different. It had a city vibe to it. We dug it and will be back for more. Near Hanover Park and in the mood for some Mexican cuisine? Check out Orale!

I gotta say, we've been in Schaumburg but haven't yet tried all the restaurants in the area (god…read moreknows we've been working on it!). So, one fine day I was picking up some dry cleaning down Roselle, and as I turned onto Schaumburg Rd to head home, I saw this place- remembered I was hungry- and promptly turned in! I got there just before 5pm, and was - by all accounts - their first customer of the night! I asked to sit on the patio, and (because I had to ask) checked to see if the patio was dog-friendly - it is! Hmm. Gotta bring puppy next time! The young lady sat me down, brought over a drinks menu and a food menu, and I promptly ordered a Cadillac Cocktail! Oh my! It was BIG- and GOOD. Damn! Highly recommended! A bowl of warm chips and salsa came right on it - on the house- and I began munching away while I pondered the menu. So - I decided on the Enchiladas Suizas with verde sauce! Oh - and with a choice of meat (I chose ground beef, but pollo was also on the board too!). As I was slowly drinking the Cadillac and munching on the chips, I gotta say I liked the THICK chips and the salsa had a nice little kick to it. If that's what you like? You'll LIKE it! My enchiladas suizas came out piping hot a short time later, and I began munchin' 'em down! VERY nice! If you like friendly, prompt service AND good food and drink? HIGHLY recommend you stop on it!

I loved the painted mural, patterned tiling, and feature lights. My husband and I visited to enjoy their Mix & Match Taco special on Tuesdays. We tried all four of the tacos apart of the special and thoroughly enjoyed the flavor. The favorite by far was the Al Pastor followed by the Carne Asada & Tacos Americanos. The taco shells seem freshly pressed and we both enjoyed the corn over flour. The complimentary chips and salsa were definitely a medium heat but chips are served fresh and hot. Their regular prices are a bit of a premium but food is good quality and portions. I would certainly come back to try more of their offerings in the future! Notable Specials: -Monday's: $8 Cheese Quesadillas & $7 House Margaritas -Tuesday's: $3 Mix & Match Tacos (Tacos Americanos, Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Carne Asada Tacos only; minimum 3 to an order) -Wednesday's: Half Priced Sangria

Our waitress was very nice and did her best. I requested pico on the side so I could give it to my cousin, but one of my dishes still came with tomatoes, which I'm allergic to. By the time our waitress made it back to our table, my food was no longer hot, and we were ready to leave, so I didn't mention it. On the positive side, the drinks were good, there's plenty of parking, and the prices are pretty reasonable. I loved that they had an open kitchen to connect the guests with the food. Upon arrival, there were three girls at the host stand and not one looked like they were enjoying life. They unenthusiastically showed us to our high top before returning to their post. Every table gets complimentary chips and salsa which had a nice smokey flavor. Some of the chips were a tad greasy but not bad. We started with the Fat Rosie's Queso Dip with Beef added. I thought it was odd that the dish came out as the queso only and they assumed we should use our same chip basket from the salsa. Either way, the dip had really good flavor! For entree, we shared the Burrito with Ground Beef. I liked that this came with rice and beans on the side. The inside ingredients were sadly layered so one never got a bite with everything at once. The meat was scarce and my half of burrito was mostly shell at the end. The saddest part of our experience was the service. Our waitress never stopped by to ask how our meal was, we had to ask for a water refill as my cup sat empty for at least 10 minutes, and were never offered a chip refill especially since we were eating the salsa and queso. This overall was a miss for my husband and I. We left feeling passed over the whole time and like they just wanted to turn the table over.

It definitely has a lively atmosphere, and I could hear Polish being spoken at many of the tables, which made the experience feel authentic. There were also plenty of non-Polish guests enjoying themselves as well. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly despite how large and busy the restaurant was. The restaurant was also very clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and satisfying. Portions were enormous, and many dishes are easily large enough to share between two people. The flavors were mild and balanced, which I appreciated since nothing was overly salty or heavy. The sauerkraut was good, although I personally would have preferred it to be a bit more sour. Overall, the food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was unique, and it's a fun place to experience Polish cuisine while enjoying a lively social setting.

It was time to try. We expected a bit of a hole in the wall and that's not what we found - we found a very nicely decorated and maintained restaurant with a lot of dark wood overtones - we were seated immediately and given an extensive menu. I ordered a Polish beer, and we ordered a Polish plate - kind of a combination sampler plate if you will - and a ground pork cutlet dinner. Now before we could say anything? Some bread showed up with a lovely but lightly flavored hummus type spread- we enjoyed it because it also came with a nice big half sized pickle. When the Polish plate came? OMG we had sauerkraut - we had sausage - we had some pierogies, and when the pork cutlet came out? It literally covered the entire plate and was resting on a bed of freshly mashed potatoes. We shared the Polish plate and we shared the extremely large pork cutlet. Now to be fair? We loved the Polish plate immensely - while the cutlet was nicely breaded, and the mashed potatoes were great? I'm not certain I could say that about the pork cutlet. There was nothing wrong with it. I think the flavor was fine, but it was not something that I would order again. It just wasn't my taste that's all. So would we come again? Yes. Yes we would!
