He worked with me in order to accommodate my budget. I was very thankful they allowed me to have one bedroom installed at a time. I don't have a garage, or a basement and I wasn't sure where I was going to store my belongings from all 3 bedrooms at one time. Ray just had me call when I was ready for each bedroom. That was such a relief to me. It was a joy to work with Ray and Tony's Floor Coverings. I highly recommend this company. I love my new carpet!

Her enthusiasm about how beautiful my floor could look was contagious. She suggested just polyurethane without stain for the best look, and she was right. She made sure the work crew did the job correctly, visiting the house on the day of the job. I'm sure she does these jobs all the time, but for me, it was a big event, so I appreciated that my satisfaction was clearly important to her. We purchased a new home in Pueblo West Co and Sol Granite installed the granite. Within 2 months of moving in - the black granite bath vanity had a round white spot. There is no damage to the surface, it's perfectly smooth as the rest of the vanity top. After 2 more months of waiting for them to send someone to look at it and then make a decision on what to do - Dee told me that they don't guarantee the granite because it's porus but they would replace it at my expense! That's my story, just beware when using them to install your granite, you may end up having to replace their install! Use a company that will take care of their customers if a problem arises.
