ShuttleAire's quote was very prompt and competitive. I accepted and was asked if I was going to pay by check or card. I elected cash. I was sent information about what to expect. The flight got in early. ShuttleAire was monitoring it and texted that he would be there so I didn't have to wait. He let me know where he was parked and sent a picture of his vehicle to me. The driver was very courteous and friendly. We had a good discussion during the drive - drooped me off in my driveway. if I ever need a shutte, ShuttleAire would be my first choice,

Looks completely remodeled and so clean. There are changing stations in both the MEN and the women's bathrooms! Hallelujah--dads are parents too and should have access to clean and safe accommodations for their littles. There are also a fee family bathrooms! There are water bottle refill stations as well as traditional water fountains. And it's set up in such a way that you feel like you've exited into a peaceful little glen--there are trees that block the highway, a nice little field of grass and picnic benches. Usually rest stops are so shady and have a very distinct urine scent. But this seemed like a luxury rest stop. Seriously, I have never seen one in as quality condition with as much thought put into its design.

As with most people we thought our daughter wound have a homecoming so in preparation for this we booked a limo and put a deposit down. My wife called to cancel because obviously homecoming wasn't going to happen and called the owner, she said on the phone said she would issue a refund but had to give us cash, and would call us back to schedule a time to meet. We thought that was strange considering we paid with card via the phone when we booked but whatever cash works. A couple days goes by and we didn't hear from her so we called again, no answer and VM was full. We tried a few more times and same thing. I hope that 300 is worth this review to you, Very unprofessional, and poor business practice.

We were told they give a Veteran's Discount my husband being Military we gave them a call they were very Friendly Knowledgeable The Owner told me that his wife has been really sick the last few years and does not know anything about the schedule however she has still been able to manage these appts and Apparently so he did not want to tell me a date was open if it was not that he would call us back the next day when he got back from up North He would get calendars and take to his wife and let me know. He called back and let me talk to his wife whom apparently does not have the ability to communicate much as she has computers running her body full of batteries, wires, leads, and an active computers so her body blocks all signals and they are working on that. I was so intrigued with how this poor woman got like that she sounded young and Vibrant but also week. I was Completely intrigued and for a few minutes forgot why I had called lol. Since I Have worked in the Medical field for 31 years I was Completely taken in and wanted to know what was going on she was very nice but clearly did not want to talk about her condition but Rather how she could help me I normally do not take the time to go looking to write a Review However this was the exception! She may be in a very Bad Medical Crisis But man she was on it of how to help us and Completely took the Emphasis off of her to the Point I left the conversation in absolute Awe. Then we secured the Event with a $250.00 Booking deposit which was not a fee just a portion of the Rental to secure our Daughters Wedding Event Date. You do not see this type of hands on Care, Attention, and Dedication these days. Then came time for our Wedding They called the Day before to see if we had any details that they needed to know or special Instructions for the Chauffeur at all we said no. The Chauffeur Jon arrived 15 mins before sat and waited for pickup He was Kind opened doors was Polite, offered all kinds of things, Ice, water, Napkins, a audio cord I think that is what it is called to plug into the Stereo-System and play our own Music. The Customer Service Excellent, Chauffeur AMAZING, They gave us a 10% Discount For Military for My Husband But I was told they give this to all types of Public Service Workers or Hero's as they called them so you should Definitely call this company small Private Family Ran & Owned. The process was plagued by delays from the start, the app had repeated issues, and with 10 days until departure the itinerary was still blank. She refused to provide confirmation numbers or a pricing breakdown despite repeated requests. Due to the blank itinerary and delays we spoke with Sandy on the phone where she reassured us that all would be good within 7 days of the departure, and that she was providing a service including keeping us out of harms way in the red light district. She did offer a refund/cancellation at that time. We decided to cancel and rebook on our own at which time Sandy backtracked and said that she could not actually do a full refund but could probably get 200-400 back. We also discovered at that point that she had booked a 4 hour walking tour at $400 per person without consulting us (we would not have agreed to that). The itinerary that finally arrived 7 days out was simply a reprint of my original wish-list with no guidance on timing, navigation, logistics and no bookings. We had to figure all of that out for ourselves. For a service that cost significantly more than it was worth, we received no real planning, no expertise, and no peace of mind. If you are capable of booking a hotel or train ticket on your own, you do not need this "service". Save yourself the stress and your money. Days after returning from this trip Sandy emailed saying that she did not want to work with us for our already planned trip in September and refunded us the $500 we already gave her for that. I wish that was enough to recuperate from this horrible experience in April... Oh and the promise to help steer us out of the red light district never happened, and we ended up there at night on our own.
