Once Richard realized the importance of my issue, he made a special trip, it seemed he have taken a personal interest & concern for my plight. I know that he went OUT-OF-HIS-WAY, to make sure I was taken to the right Dept. to get my taxes paid-up, to save my house from being auctioned. I'm 68yrs. old & being a TBI survivor, I have some mental issues that I can't help, he seemed to have understood that & instead of taking advantage of me, as most do, he was very kind, patient, thoughtful, understanding, RELIABLE & an all-around GOOD-HEARTED PERSON. I'd trust him, w/my mother. He even made a special trip, to insure my home was safe from being impounded by the Govt. I owe him more that I could ever repay, for helping this Old, Retired, Disabled Vet, save his home. I KNOW HE'S MADE MY CHRISTMAS LIST... There aren't many taxi choices in Shiawassee County. An associate asked the lady at the hotel desk…read moreabout Uber and she just laughed. So getting from Durand to the Flint Airport involved calling Flint taxi companies to find one that would make the 30-mile round trip (for them) The people at Travel 9 were nice, the car was on time, the driver was polite, helpful and drove safely. Really, the important stuff was covered. But this isn't New York or San Francisco...or even Norfolk. The car was a mid-size white sedan with a magnetic sign on the door, the car smelled of cigarettes, and had a flimsy seat cover in the back. The radio played the local classic rock station and I was never consulted about volume or content. Again, safe and on time. Just don't expect a big city taxi, much less a car service.

Yes, they will say they have a no-refund policy, but it's not the customer's fault, and they admitted it's their driver's fault. I called them to ask for our money back, and said they would refund us, but no refund has been issued. I've been calling them, and no one is answering and they keep dropping my call the moment they recognize my number, oh the voicemail box is full too. They are total scammers. So beware, even if it's their mistake and you've already paid them, you will never get your money back. It's a shame that you will ruin your business reputation just for a little bit of money. So be careful when booking this taxi. Find someone else who is more reliable and not a scammer. Definitely avoid this business. Not recommended.

I was very pleased with my experience from ShuttleAire from Bishop Airport to my home…read more I asked for a quote on Yelp. 3 companies provided one and I picked ShuttleZaire and was glad I did. ShuttleAire's quote was very prompt and competitive. I accepted and was asked if I was going to pay by check or card. I elected cash. I was sent information about what to expect. The flight got in early. ShuttleAire was monitoring it and texted that he would be there so I didn't have to wait. He let me know where he was parked and sent a picture of his vehicle to me. The driver was very courteous and friendly. We had a good discussion during the drive - drooped me off in my driveway. if I ever need a shutte, ShuttleAire would be my first choice,
