The car was a mid-size white sedan with a magnetic sign on the door, the car smelled of cigarettes, and had a flimsy seat cover in the back. The radio played the local classic rock station and I was never consulted about volume or content. Again, safe and on time. Just don't expect a big city taxi, much less a car service.

So beware, even if it's their mistake and you've already paid them, you will never get your money back. It's a shame that you will ruin your business reputation just for a little bit of money.
