The flight got in early. ShuttleAire was monitoring it and texted that he would be there so I didn't have to wait. He let me know where he was parked and sent a picture of his vehicle to me. My wife called to cancel because obviously homecoming wasn't going to happen and called the owner, she said on the phone said she would issue a refund but had to give us cash, and would call us back to schedule a time to meet. We thought that was strange considering we paid with card via the phone when we booked but whatever cash works. A couple days goes by and we didn't hear from her so we called again, no answer and VM was full. We tried a few more times and same thing. I hope that 300 is worth this review to you, Very unprofessional, and poor business practice.

He called back and let me talk to his wife whom apparently does not have the ability to communicate much as she has computers running her body full of batteries, wires, leads, and an active computers so her body blocks all signals and they are working on that. Let me start by saying that while at the Las Vegas Harry Reid airport I had to clean my own toilet before using it, here the first floor bathroom sparkled and was quite nice. No chipped gross mirrors here. I'm looking at you, Harry Reid. I'm giving 4 stars because all of the eateries were closed. If you have arrivals and departures, they should be open. You want to provide an exceptional customer experience right? Then you need to be open. Staff was present and friendly. The elevator worked well and was clean. The escalator was working fine. I didn't take it because of luggage. Although there was construction, I didn't feel hindered in any way. Passenger pick up was convenient and you could load right at the front doors. In all, it's a nice little airport!
