Really, the important stuff was covered. But this isn't New York or San Francisco...or even Norfolk. The car was a mid-size white sedan with a magnetic sign on the door, the car smelled of cigarettes, and had a flimsy seat cover in the back. The radio played the local classic rock station and I was never consulted about volume or content. Again, safe and on time. Just don't expect a big city taxi, much less a car service.
