Then when they finally showed they tried to offer me a $100 dollar discount on a $125/hr bill!!!! I of coarse refused to pay the remainder of the bill. The following Monday the owner called me making threats to take legal actions with no apologies for the late service!!!! I still have yet to receive an apology from this company. I understand being late from traffic but this was no excuse and the OWNER DIDN'T EVEN CARE!!!! Oh by the way, if it's hot, the AC DOES NOT WORK WELL IN THE HUMMER!!!! A few months ago, I thought I needed brakes--but he just told me that a pin (or something like that) came loose, and it was $20 instead of $400 for new brakes. I've been taking our 2 personal cars there for years, and just started taking our company cars there as well.

There was hard braking and quick lane changing constantly; In addition, we had to wait 90 minutes for our pick up after he told us numerous times he was "almost there"; we had to stand in cold, windy weather, not knowing when our driver would even be arriving. He had no idea what he was doing or where he was going. The company did not provide any compensation or partial refund at all. We also had people in their 70's, 80's and a person in a wheelchair. The driver didn't even apologize. I would never use them again.
