It was a last minute trip and the last car service we used in Michigan was less than average and there were issues. I was nervous about finding a new sedan service. My boss was elated with all the text updates for her trip. Karan was her driver, he provided excellent service, and the vehicle was immaculate. My boss has family in Michigan and she has highly recommended Detroit DTW Sedan to them. As an Executive Assistant that has planned many trips for my boss, I would also HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you Karan, you rock!

I called him because I live in Novi, my car is down, and I need a ride to Henry Ford hospital Thursday morning. I called him to find out if he could do it, and he told me that he doesn't make local runs. If he doesn't do local runs, then he should not say that he's a Novi/Bloomfield cab or taxi service. That would be false advertising. I regard that as unprofessional. If he no longer does local runs, then he should state that he does not do local runs.

We were spending time at UMich without a vehicle and needed transportation to a Tigers game and then the airport. I texted QZ in the evening and had a secured ride for the next morning in about 3min! He responded right away with all the info plus his recommendation for departure time. He is such a sweet man and awesome driver, plus the extras like water bottles, pretzels, granola bars etc were a nice touch! Never going back to Ubering again after this experience! Plus QZs prices are comparable to all the ride share services without the surge pricing, and you have peace of mind knowing it's a large comfortable impeccably maintained SUV. No shady Corollas rolling up caked in crumbs and smelling of Big Macs with this place. Call/text QZ he's your man!
