The brake light was not activated when the front brake was engaged. This was discovered at my first annual service last month at Pony Power Sports in Westerville, Ohio. I had put on over 8,000 miles. A few weeks before that ,I had been rear ended as I was stopped and was in the process of exiting a gas station. The offending driver made no mention of the brake light as we exchanged insurance information after the incident . I assumed it was just distracted driving. He barely tapped my rear fender and the motorcycle made no forward movement. The fender was broken by the impact. Riding without a brake light for over 8,000 miles without being killed requires incredible luck . Clinton County Motorsports was negligent in the set up at purchase or the 600 mile service or both. My wife was new to ATV riding so we figured it would be a good starter machine. The first time we took it out the belt broke. CCM paid for the labor and charged me for the belt. OK cool. The second time we took it out, it overheated. The fan had gone out, it was apparent. I told them what the issues was. A few days later they called and told me what I told them,,,the fan was out. Then they told me it would be approximately 1200$ to fix! I tried to work with them on trading it back in towards a new machine. They offered half of what I just paid a few months ago. I went to pick it up and they tried to charge me a ridiculous diagnostic fee (200+). I told them it was diagnosed when it got here. They waived it and I took my machine home, I bought the part on the internet and fixed it in 15 minutes for 100$. They wanted to charge me 1200$ for a 100$ part and 15 minutes of labor. Mind you, I've NEVER worked on an ATV in my life. This place would rather screw you than create a lifetime customer. BAD business. Very disappointed.

Wow, I am kinda shocked at myself that I have never taken the time to post a review. Like... I've…read morehad time. Plenty of time. I have been taking my cars here for 13+ years. That's a lot of time. Please don't trust your car to one of the chains. The price tag and "quick turn around" might seem great, but I promise you, you will end up getting burned. Our cars run so well (one of them is going on 19 years in 2026! Crazy!), and I know the whole staff at Centerville is always looking out for our family and not upselling every five seconds. And honestly, the turn around has always blown my mind at CSC. This parking lot is ALWAYS full, and our cars are ALWAYS ready on time (We call ahead for appointments. I recommend doing the same).
