the Great Mall might be the best thing in Milpitas…read more the mall maybe one story, but it's very long inside, making a full run at the mall a tiring one. nonetheless, u got all the premium stores, like H&M, Polo. there's also a theater; food court fire

This really is a great mall! It definitely lives up to its name…read more It's hard to believe this mall has been here for 32 years! The building was a former Ford auto plant, which gave them plenty of room to work with. The mall opened in 1994. It's primarily an outlet mall, but they have lots of other retailers as well. They have a Dick's Sporting Goods, they have a Home Depot across the parking lot , for clothes, they have Marshalls, Kohl's, Burlington, Old Navy and lots of others. They even have a furniture store They have stores ranging from bargain to luxury . They have restaurants ranging from Dave and Buster's, to Burger King to Popeyes to Jollibee, as well as food and snacks in all different. Nationalities. If you can't find something to eat here, you are not hungry. They have a movie theater with 20 screens, other play places, and . They even have a "cattery.". With roughly 200 stores, if you can't find what you are looking for here, you aren't looking hard enough. Of course, the stores do change from time to time. This is what was there when I was there..... The mall is in a giant circle, so it makes it very hard to get lost. Just keep walking, and you will come back to the door that you came in. The place can get busy, especially during the holidays. I was there on a Sunday, with a lot of people there, but again the size made the crowds much more manageable. I'll stop here whenever I'm in the area, to see what's currently going on. Thank you!

They have parking all around the outer area of the mall. We were there on Sunday, having lunch at the Red Robin. After lunch we decided to walk around the mall. It's a nice size mall. They have a Macy's department store, a nice sized Daiso store, a very small Miniso, and many other stores. I expected the mall to be full of people but it was quite the opposite. There was barely anyone there. It's was a hot day outside and most people like to come to the mall and cool off. I think the mall was empty because they did not have the Air Conditioner running at all. It's so hot in there. How do you expect people to come and shop if it's hot inside? It was in the 90's outside and shopping here was just uncomfortable. I wanted to get a cold iced tea from Starbucks. We walk the that counter and they were closed. How disappointing. The only good things we experienced was the Daiso and the Mini Cat Town Ceter. I will probably never come back here again. There are way too many other malls in the South Bay that have excellent cooling systems.

The Country Club Villa shopping center is a medium-sized shopping center at McKee Rd x Toyon Ave,…read morein the East Foothills area of San Jose. I sometimes stop here to take a break during my workday. It's a nice location, only about a mile east of I-680. The parking lot has shady trees, so it's a nice place to park on a sunny day. There's a good mix of major stores and businesses, such as: Lucky Supermarket, CVS Drugstore, O-Reilly's Auto Parts, Bank of America, and a Jack-in-the-Box. The other day, I was there for 1-1/2 hours. I didn't see any security patrols or anyone giving out parking tickets. Seems like a fairly safe area in the daytime. I did see a few "sketchy" people walking thru the parking lot. Also, I notice drivers don't drive within the marked lanes or paths. Yeah well, since there's no cars in the way, drivers just go straight to where they want to go. Overall, a nice and clean neighborhood shopping center.
