Called Mo for a quote and not only was he great with calling back in a timely manner, but his quote was better than the others I called. Also, his price for driving my boss to three locations was cheaper than him getting a rental car, and gave him the ability to relax or get work down while going to and from meetings. My boss is extremely picky and notices the smallest flaws, but he had nothing but good things to say about MT's service. The cars were clean and new as promised, pick up and drop offs were on time with no issues, and Mo even called me to let me know he had spoken to my boss and was about to pick him up from the airport when he arrived. I booked MT Limo to transport my wife and I from our wedding venue (The Wellshire Inn Event Center) to the Brown Palace. For starters, Mo was incredibly courteous on the phone prior to the event and ensured that all my needs were taken care of. He arrived very early and made sure all our bags were transported to his limo and then into the hotel when we arrived. That night was flawless because of his timely and prompt service. That reason alone was worth 5 stars, but in addition to the great service he provided safe transportation in torrential rain fall. About 5 minutes after leaving the venue it started to rain. Our limo was the only car on the road and some may get frightened but we felt incredibly safe and hardly noticed the weather. it was a smooth and comforting ride. The limo was incredibly clean and comfortable inside and had good controls for our needs (sound, lights, and air/heat). He was very flexible and accommodated our every need. The situation provided a lot of challenges and last minute changes; a really unpredictable job. I could not have been more pleased with the service MT Limo provided. I needed to get a friend picked up at the airport, and was concerned about making sure the process went smoothly. Without much notice, I called Mo at MT Transportation, and he was helpful and informative. I long ago stopped using rideshares after quite a few very bad experiences (a driver who was super-creepy with my college-age daughter, and wanted to take her home to meet his son (ewwww, and we wound up having to call the police and have him pulled over, scary..), and a driver who showed up very high and smelling of marijuana when I had a flight to catch, to name a few). Even the higher-end expensive rideshare XL and "black" cars can be iffy with sometimes unsafe drivers or drivers who are difficult to understand and who do not follow direction well. So I was happy to pay a bit more for the five-star, white-glove service MT provided to make sure our family friend got to our home safely. The driver, Sami, was apparently delightful and communicative; the two started texting as soon as the chauffeur was assigned. Then they met up without issue, and Sami drove our family friend in safety and comfort. The car was apparently pristine, and the driver helped with luggage, opened doors, and generally provided a high-level of service. That experience was worth the $20 extra I paid in comparison to the higher-end ride shares. Some times the extra costs are just worth the peace of mind. I had to book and organize what I thought to be a very complicated, round trip, 40 person, car service pickup from the airport. MT Limo has been great for trips to the airport and back. Here are three quick examples. 1. Our driver was waiting around the corner from our place (he did this because he was early an didn't want to make us feel rushed). While parked, he got rear ended by another driver. MT got another car out there in less than 15 minutes and we were on our way. 2. Had to make a last minute stop on the way to the airport to drop off the dogs at U Lucky Dog (also recommended). Not a problem for the driver, really made our morning a lot easier. 3. My wife and son (1 year old) came back from a trip earlier than I did. Mo sent me a text that the driver was waiting for them and even called me when they were safely in the car. Though I'm always leery about working with someone who isn't even in the same city as me, I found Mo of MT Limo to be extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. I scheduled everything via phone with Mo and everything went perfectly, even when our return flight got changed. They understood about international flight requirements and were in contact via text message before pick up and after arrival in Denver. The car was exceptionally clean and comfortable. What can I say, Mo is the man. Made a last minute call a couple of Fridays ago and he couldn't have been more helpful. We had a friend playing a benefit at The Buffalo Rose in Golden and I couldn't trust my friends, or myself for that matter, not to drink and drive so, I called Mo. Not only did he accommodate us on a busy Friday night but, when I had to upgrade to larger capacity a couple of hours before the pick up, he came through like a champ. He had one of his best drivers, I think Robert but, my apologies if I have the name wrong, pick us up in a beautiful SUV. True professional driver here, not a youngster Johnny come lately but a seasoned veteran who couldn't have been nicer. Great guy. Then, for the ride home, Mo was ready and waiting for us to leave a half hour before we were even scheduled to be picked up (I blame excessive alcohol consumption) in his immaculate stretch limo. What a gentleman; knows how to handle an incredibly inebriated group with grace and aplomb. I can't say much more other than prices are fair and competitive in the area and definitely worth it for such incredible foresight, punctuality and down right niceness.
