Extremely rude and unprofessional I paid for what was described as a customized lease agreement to properly protect me as a landlord. While they did provide a rental agreement, it appeared to be a standard template and did not reflect the level of customization I was expecting. When I asked follow-up questions to ensure the lease was fully aligned with my situation, communication became limited and they ultimately declined to continue working with me. If you are looking for a basic, standard lease, this may work for you. However, if you are expecting a more tailored approach or detailed guidance, I would recommend clarifying exactly what is included before moving forward. read more

MT Evictions processed the paperwork to evict two tenants taking advantage of the eviction moratorium in my South LA co-living home. MT was on top of the paperwork and sent reminders to my property managers about the lockout. While they got the job done, I think it's very unprofessional that they use Gmail. I am lopping off a star because they also took a very long time in responding to questions and filing the documents compared to another firm I used. read more

I was introduced to MT Evictions by a Realtor Friend - and I love the service. One of my clients was sued 5+ years ago and uses this co for all concerns and questions. The value given is priceless. Like my client said - I rather pay for a consult and avoid paying thousands of dollars. They've assisted my clients with lease agreement review, rent increase, tenant late payment, and answering simple questions like "are we able to increase bills to a tenant who only pays rent w/out bills" you will be amazed on the little things you are able or not able to do. :/ Whenever someone tells me they having issues with tenants/or have questions regarding their investment I try to help them! but I advise that they should always have a consultation with MT. Maria, Paulina and all of the staff at MT Evictions were very professional and know their business of evictions. Their response times and communications were always on point. They listened to my concerns along the process and knew where to point me when an attorney was needed. Krystle C. was amazing and always had my back in court and always made me feel confident with the task at hand. They were all upfront and honest about my case and it was worth every penny to get the end result of possession of my property. Great job and continue the great work. read more

Hi Paulina R. You obviously don't have me on your database as a client because I did mention that it was my husband who was the one the payed for your awful service read more

Where do I begin? This lady, Paolina is on an ego trip. I don't know why she thinks she has any dominion or power over people, but its quite comical to experience. I have had nothing but negative experiences with her. Aside from the previous yelp review that she essentially manipulated/threatened my father to ask me to delete, to the request that I "meet with her" to confront me, to the lack of professionalism, and the lack of sensitive material she so blatantly loses, allegedly (read my previous review), this lady is unhinged. The last interaction she had with us was essentially a wild goose chase. With the promise to help us, mid-way through an eviction she had started after her displeasure of my review, she decides to threaten my dad that she will not go through the process of eviction until I meet with her and discuss my review, apologize (for what? I myself have no idea), and take down the review. After much arguments, I decided to take down my review (temporarily) to see what game this lady was playing. Boy, was I not wrong. Not only was she incredibly rude and unprofessional, she stopped the entire process and told my father "too bad" you will have to go somewhere else. My dad had to scramble for weeks trying to find someone who would take the case. Why did she do such a thing? Because she didn't get her way. She essentially had a tantrum over me not caving into her whim. Why should I? We were customers and she was horribly rude to my father. On top of that, my guess is she wanted to threaten me for libel/slander for the conversation we had about her losing an entire filing cabinet with customer information. But to protect myself, I will say "allegedly" because I'm no idiot but I was there and my father was there. And I know what she claimed herself. That being said, I will reiterate what I said before. She is quite capable in her profession. She gets the job done and is generally efficient in getting what needs to be done in terms of paperwork. But honestly, I love myself to much to be disrespected by a temperamental infant who strolls about as a shrew in high heels and tight pencil skirts. Good luck I'll tell ya! You will need it. PS. Notice how she always replies back to customer reviews but has never done it for me. Not that I care, to be honest. But it does show that I must have struck a nerve with this woman. I know she will read my comment, possibly gets notifications sent straight to her phone when left with a review, based on the comments she's made to us before. So I will say this: learn proper etiquette. As a business owner you have to learn to be humble because eventually your lack of professional etiquette will come to bite you one day. Your youth is your vantage point now, but eventually that will whither away and what remains is the respect and professionalism you show to your clients. Be humble, learn to take criticism, and learn from the experience. read more

MT Evictions - My previous reviews that Paulina fought so hard to take down - Tenant and Eviction Law Near Me - Montebello, California

I called Martha and paid the $75 for 1/2 hour of her time. Fair enough. Granted she'd asked for the info to be sent to her a few days early so she could review it to know what would be needed before the call. I did that and yet when I called, she'd not looked at it yet, had no idea what the questions were, so I was paying her to read and think about the questions. And she was so complicated that I walked away feeling confused, but at least I had some info that I didn't know before. (not enough to know how to handle the tenant though) She told me to call or email her back about a month later, in June so she could tell me, at no additional charge, if the CA tenant emergency act was still in effect. I did. She replied with some form response that had nothing to do with the question. I emailed asking her to please give me a yes or no regarding that emergency act. She told me it would cost me another $75 for her to reply. I emailed that for additional related questions, I'd be happy to pay another $75 but regarding the tenant emergency act, added charges wasn't our agreement. Crickets. She also wanted me to pay $175 for a tenant lease renewal - that you can get free online at a Long Beach company called Sage . Caleb at Sage also told me I didn't even need that form- just a rent increase form. They made everything simple that she had made complicated. They were giving where she was greedy. They were kind when she was obnoxious. I think I can sum up the mood and message I got from Martha with 6 words: "I don't care. More money please." read more

I'm a property owner, the tenant I wanted evicted didn't pay rent for 1 year, he was also a nuisance, drunk to the neighborhood. The City of Los Angeles are pro tenant, the tenants have so many rights, and Mt evictions explained this to me. MT Evictions prices were reasonable, they responded to my calls and e-mails in a timely matter. I still can't believe how quickly they had the tenants evicted. I will definitely recommend MT evictions. Thank you MT eviction's staff for your professionalism . read more

I emailed Abigail Monday around 6 AM so I can get the three-day notice started that day. Today is Thursday and MT Evictions has yet to send me the three-day notice so I can serve my tenant. I don't understand why it takes that long to do a proper three-day notice. I emailed yesterday to cancel the order because it is not being processed in a timely manner. I also called today to verbally tell the person answering the phone to inform Abigail to cancel and that I will be looking for another evictions company. This person that answered the phone told me that they are understaffed and it's first come first serve. If you are understaffed inform your customers and not let them wait for so long. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I'm glad that this happened now and I did not spend any more money with this company as it shows me how they operate. read more

Horrible horrible place. Please don't go. For 1 they are not attorneys. This is a paralegal service!! They charge so much and after reading the eviction letter they provided for our tenants. For anybody looking to find someone to help you with an eviction, THIS WILL BE YOUR FINAL STOP!!! I have worked with various companies throughout the years. I've searched online, google and even yelp for someone that is an expert with evictions. I always worked with the same companies because I didn't know anyone else. My wife is an attorney and even I had problems finding someone good, A friend of mine told me about M.T. Evictions. I have a case in Los Angeles. Yes, Rent Control!!!! And I am sure you all know that my case is going to be against a hard working, clean and respectful tenant that is at work at 10, 11am or even 2, 3, or 4pm. YEA RIGHT! Why are landlords always made out to be bad slumlords? Anyway, in speaking to other eviction companies and attorney's, they all said the same thing in various ways. The fees were quickly disclosed and everything else was very up in the air. Paulina at M.T. Evictions is on a whole other level. She studied my case before even taking it. She consulting with the attorney and got back to me with a detailed plan. I had not paid her a single penny and she had already done a ton of work. I decided to give her a shot since I had already given a ton of other people a shot in the past. So far, she has been on it and everything that she has done was accurate and on point. I should be going to court in the next two weeks. I will update how it went. But I will say that Paulina is a tough, start and hard working cookie. I will promote her and tell everyone I know to use her. She is also the most affordable company I have worked with. Attorney's charge for their title and you never speak to them until court. You only speak with the receptionist and the assistants. Use M.T Evictions. I highly encourage everyone. If you have any questions, message me. I wish M.T Evictions all of the success in the world. You're a hard worker and you deserve it! read more

When you hire MT Evictions, you are purchasing results. Simple as that. As an eager first-time homeowner, my friend ended up with a beautiful home, but it still had tenants in it. In order to cut costs, my friend negotiated an evacuation date with the tenants, a negotiation that lasted for six months. They finally reached an agreement, but in a world full of loopholes, chutes and ladders, the tenants found a way to stay in the residence much longer than that. After hearing his story, I recommended him over to this company. Within two weeks, Paulina and her team were able to get the tenants out. This company is efficient, professional, sharp and reliable. They really understand that owners lose money for every month their properties are being occupied. They're not here to play tug-of-war with your property. They're here to help. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs it. They get the job done when most other eviction companies can't. read more

There prices are reasonable for the amount of work they put into your case. Any questions you have they will contact you back ASAP and help you.
