Mario and his team did a great job! Everything went smoothly as expected. Highly recommend.

Mario responded to my inquiry within hours and came to install my custom ordered shower glass door within days. Mario came with Christopher and Amanda and they did an amazing job and the shower door is beautiful. They are experienced and professional and knew exactly what to do right away. They took time to explain how it needs to be done and reassured me that there will be no leak or the work is warranty for any leaks in the future. Great people to work with and I would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation. Thank you for the great job Christopher, Amanda, and Mario! read more

I had a great experience with MT Custom Shower Glass. For the jump Mario Torres was quick to respond and set up an initial quote and consultation within a couple of days. A week later my custom "on-tub" shower glass was installed and looking beautiful. The first time we used the shower after install there was a pretty significant leak. I called Mario and he sent someone out the next day to solve the problem. Turns out the way our tub is slightly un-level was causing the water to flow towards the out side of the tub. Mario's crew installed a low profile threshold that matches the rest of the hardware and it's been great ever since. I really appreciate how after installation and payment, MT still worked quickly and responsively to correct an issue and make me a very happy customer. I highly recommend MT Glass for custom shower door work. read more

Amazing service and product. Had horrible glass enclosure installed by another company, MT ripped it out and replaced it, and it's such a relief to have a competent company deliver a quality product. Thank you and highly recommended! read more

Mario installed a shower glass door. His work was great, and he was quick, communicative and clean! Highly recommended!

Mario did a wonderful job on the glass shower doors for our 2 bathrooms. We had many estimates for our project and Mario was the most reasonable. He also offered the best quality shower glass doors ie 1/2" starphire ultraclear. They were able to match our brushed bronze Flusso fixtures with perfect modern gold CRL hinges on the shower doors (which many others were unable to). His team is professional and very detailed. We were very lucky to find him on Yelp and we will definitely refer him to our friends! read more

We were looking for vendors to install a frameless shower door in our full bath. I spoke to Mario on the phone. He provided an overview of the process, helped decide on whether we need add-ons like Starphire glass and diamond seal coating, and promptly set up a time to meet and take measurements. Even though we picked the vendor our contractor recommended in the end, I was happy with the prompt service, helpfulness, etc. read more

I installed a curbless shower enclosure for master bedroom and a normal shower door for the guest bath. Mario was very responsive. His price was competitive. Lead time was very short. After the installation, when I told Mario that there were some details I wasn't completely satisfied about, he came back very soon to address all my concerns. read more

I used MT Custom Shower Doors & Mirrors to install a barn slider glass enclosure for our new shower. I went with them because they are highly rated on Yelp, provided lots of detail, and had a good price. They sent me pictures of what it should look like for multiple options. I was deciding between a single or double slider. I decided on the double slider. They did a wonderful job!!! Glass enclosure looks even better than I expected. I highly recommend. read more

Very pleased with the service and product from MT. From the several places I called up, they were competitively priced with a relatively short lead time. Mario gave me sound advice over the phone about the need for my shower door to have a single fixed pane and swinging door. They took measurements promptly and installed the glass on time. My shower fixtures are Delta Champagne Bronze, and the Brushed Bronze they offered was a great match. read more

So nice, I had to use them twice. Mario did such an amazing job at my old house in Burlingame, that I wanted to use them again for my new house in Lafayette. They were incredibly responsive to my request and offered a competitive quote. We had purchased a shower door and needed help with getting it installed. We reached out to MT Custom Shower Doors & Mirror and they promptly responded with a quote for how much it would cost to install. They said they could take care of the service as soon as later that same day but we opted to have them come out the next day. They were flexible with booking a time slot for a time that worked for us. The next day, when they were running late with a prior service, they proactively communicated with us that there would be a delay and gave us a new time window of arrival, and then made sure to show up within that promised window. There were two guys that showed up for our install service. We thought they would be here for several hours taking care of everything but within 1-1.5 hours, everything was installed, caulked, sealed, and ready to go. Fantastic and efficient service. The only complaint I have is that they didn't break down or take the cardboard boxes that the shower door came in. Perhaps this isn't typical of the service but I had expected them to do so. Overall though, would recommend going with these guys for any install needs you might have. read more

Requesting a quote through Yelp was very easy and quick. Mario was very responsive to my questions. He came out to take measurements to find and install a flute shower glass panel for my shower. He reached out to his vendors and none of them carried the fluted shower glass panel I wanted so I ended up ordering it online and Mario was still able to come and install it when it arrived. He was always on time actually always very early which was nice. Mario and his associate had the shower panel installed so quickly. I will definitely use MT Custom again in the future. read more

We would highly recommend this company on the installation of frameless shower enclosure as well as custom glass doors. We're so glad we found Mario to do our shower enclosure on our bathroom renovation. We spoke to many companies and got estimates that was too expensive than they really are. Mario was very honest, punctual and very professional. He addressed all our concerns and made suggestions. We decided on the frameless clear shower enclosure with gold hardware and frosted glass doors for our toilet and closet. We love that we don't need to turn on the lights inside the toilet and closet at daytime coz the frosted glass would let the natural light in. We were so excited with our new master bathroom. We won't hesitate to hire Mario again on our next bathroom upgrade. read more

Mario & team did a great job installing a new shower door for our bathroom. Price was reasonable. They were very detailed in the measurements and accounted for even a bulge under the shower bench in order for the glass to sit perfectly on the bench and against the wall. Mario and crew did a great job. Excellent customer service, good communication, punctual. Great follow-up service too. I had found Mario on Yelp and am so glad I did. I had sourced 3 different vendors for glass railing and wall at my house in San Carlos. He was not only very professional and transparent with his communication but also very competitive with his quotes. What I really appreciated about Mario and his team was their punctuality. He was very clear on timelines, showed up right on time as promised, focused during their visits on the measurements or the work at hand, polite and professional during that time, and left the place clean. I needed our bathtub's glass panel removed so reached out to several places for quotes. Not only did MT Custom Shower Doors & Mirror respond super fast and have availability that day (although we scheduled for later in the week), their price was unbeatable. And their perfect reviews were just the cherry on top. It was so easy working with them from start to finish. Mario and Alfredo were punctual, professional and super friendly. They did a thorough and incredibly clean job, even filling the couple of holes from the hardware being removed for us. The other businesses said we'd have to do this on our own (simply adding silicone- but still!). I highly recommend MT Custom Shower Doors & Mirror for any bathroom or glass needs. They are amazing and they live up to their perfect reviews :) read more

Had a great experience working with Mario at MT Custom Shower Door. Mario was very responsive - quickly arranged to come over and measure our shower and give us a quote. We asked for a few modifications which changed the quote and each time Mario got back to us very quickly. His rates were some of the best we received. We were very happy to support a small, local business. So much better than the last national company we used - Century Shower. Stay away from them - they're awful!! Overall we are very pleased with our new shower door and highly recommend Mario at MT Custom Shower. read more
