Roy being a mobile service was such a god send for us as we were traveling with 2 kids and a large dog. We didn't have to Uber back and forth from an auto shop to the hotel and back again which cut out so much stress from an already stressful situation. Tips: I would recommend texting Roy if he doesn't pick up. Depending on the time of day, he can be a one man show and not able to pick up the call right away.

Mount Shasta is our "halfway point", and we just love the little town. We woke to hit the road home, went outside to load our things, when I noticed my tire was flat the rim. I put in a AAA request. Within 20 minutes, David from Ramshaw's towing arrived. We discovered together that my car does not have a spare tire, but only a tire air compressor. David was so kind, quick to find a solution, and even let us load up in his truck to tow us (and my car) to the nearest tire shop. He had already called the tire shop and confirmed that we would be arriving and that they had the correct tire in case a replacement was needed. David was great, from start to finish! It's nice to know that if anything should happen like this again, we a place to call that we're comfortable with and already have a repoir with. Cranked on it a couple of times and immediately realized the aforementioned "great day" had just hit a snag. A quick call to my insurance company's roadside assistance program but unfortunately no towing agencies were available. They suggested Premier Towing, just send them the receipt for said service and they'd "try to get it covered." Sheesh! They then proceeded to send me the wrong phone number. SHEESH #2! Looked up Premier's phone number online and a moment later I was on the line with Premier setting up the tow. 45 minutes later Lee arrived, got the truck loaded up and away we went to the shop. Lee was very professional and it turned out he'd met my dad about 20 years previously. He dropped the truck off at the repair shop and in a few moments he was gone. The quote was a 'normal price for the service' the response time was fair, and they got it done. I paid out of pocket and my insurance will reimburse me for it.
