MSS Cleaning did an amazing job on my carpet! Scheduling was easy. I spoke with the owner, Andrew, and he worked up a quote based on my needs, which put my mind at ease as it was obvious he knows his business. On the day of the cleaning, I received both texts and phone calls confirming my appointment and letting me know the team was on the way. The cleaning results were beyond my expectations. I had some high-traffic stains I thought would never come out, but David worked his magic and they vanished. He really worked hard and was very friendly and professional, too. I also had some torn carpet that needed fixing. Alberto carefully measured, cut, and made those areas look like new. MSS goes beyond the simple steam cleaning I've experienced before. For a little more, they did a pre-treatment and then used a special brush that really lifted out the grime and stains. I'm very impressed - my carpet practically looks like new and it's almost 10 years old. Kudos to the MMS Cleaning Team - friendly, professional staff who do a great job! I will definitely use them again for my next cleaning. read more

We had a great experience with MSS Cleaning from beginning to end! Andrew was extremely professional, courteous, and responsive with an immediate reasonable quote, setting up an appointment and later accommodating us with a quick appointment change, reminder notice, and contacting us of technician's arrival. Mike was awesome! He was punctual, courteous, extremely efficient, and very knowledgeable with stretching tools and techniques, and chemical products for specific spots and dirty high-traffic areas. He was so efficient with stretching our carpet that he finished a half-hour early and reduced our quote. Mike offered many helpful tips and products for future care of our carpet. Mike did a fantastic job! Our carpet is fresh, clean, and beautiful! We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend MSS Cleaning. This is a company of pros! We will definitely use them again and have them return in a year. We are so impressed and grateful for their superb service and labor of love. Thank you MSS Cleaning! Kathie and Dennis S. I think MSS is a great carpet cleaning company. After having a local company use Host product in my carpet the day before, leaving sawdust and film in my carpets, I called MSS. I spoke to the Operations Manager, Alberto, for a while about the mess left here. He said they could have a certified technician here the next day to do a hot water extraction. The next day, Alberto called and said there was a problem with the tech's equipment so he would come himself to do the cleaning. Alberto arrived within an hour and looked carefully at the mess left by the Host products. He quickly did a wonderful job of steam cleaning my rug and carpet which look and feel so much better now. This company is not in a hurry to get your money. There is a sense of caring, listening, and wanting to do the best job on one's carpets with a knowledgeable process in cleaning. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others. Linda Sheppard, Evergreen, Co. (Not from San Francisco) read more

Alberto came out and looked at the job and gave me a free estimate - he answered all my questions and there was no pressure to book an appointment. I did book an appointment and when he arrived he went over everything that he was going to do to make sure I had no more questions. There was one area that he didn't think anything needed to be done and he point it out rather than leaving it on the list and charging me for something that he wouldn't have been able to do much with anyway. The job was professionally done and he made sure I was totally satisfied with the results before he began packing up his equipment. He is honest and professional and I will definitely be using his services again and I highly recommend him. read more

I appreciate a clean office and MSS Cleaning doesn't disappoint. The cleanliness and appearance of our workspace is representative of our quality as a company. After dealing with too many subpar cleanings by another company, I chose to do business with a locally owned and operated service and haven't looked back since. They've always stuck to the agreed upon schedule and done an amazing job! We have used them for deep cleaning projects too, like carpets, tile, and furniture stains, which have always turned out better than I expected. Besides their great work they've always been incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with - that's why we are clients for life. read more

This company is great! I called inquiring about stretching and cleaning only our family room. Pricing was very reasonable, AND they came to my house the same day! I fully expected it might be a few days out, so was truly amazed that they squeezed me and made my day to get the job done so quickly! They communicated by email and text, confirmed the plan, and the tech reached out when he was enroute. Gonzalo (tech) was awesome! He was very detailed, explained what was needed, provided progress updates, and the end result was awesome! They are a small business that take pride in what they do, and They are tremendous! read more

I have become a customer for life. After awful experiences with other carpet companies, it was a breath of fresh air to find one with the customer service, reasonable prices and amazing cleaning that MSS performed. The company was very accommodating to my schedule, they gave me an actual service time (not a 3 hour window), the carpets look immaculate, and the technician (also the owner) treated our home with respect. My schedule actually changed the night before the appointment, and they were able to accommodate my schedule by coming over 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Just incredible. read more

I'm happy to say that MSS cleaning service did a wonderful job removing some pet stains. My carpet is only 6 months old but my son's dog became sick and left me with 2 very nasty stains. Gilberto came out right away and was able to remove most of the stain. However, after the carpet dried there was some residual stain left in one spot. I contacted MMS and they returned the next day. Jason arrived early and was able to removed it . Everyone that I spoke to and dealt with from MSS were very politite and professional. I will use them again soon to clean all the carpet. I highly recommend MMS! read more

I called these guys for my boss. The gentleman was on time and very kind as I was the one waiting for them to arrive. He took a look at the rooms needing to be cleaned and assessed the price from the quote from there. The price went up maybe $20 for a pet stain. So my boss was very happy. He was very fast and efficient and the rooms and stairs that were cleaned looks phenomenal! I was very impressed and my boss is very very happy with them. If your looking for a great carpet cleaner service with amazing customer service these guys are the way to go! read more

I run a Distribution facility for LG, and our Showroom/Front office was soiled really bad with deep stains and deep ground in dirt...MSS punctually arrived, was very professional, and very good and knowledgeable in there work. They removed about 99% of the stains, and left the carpet looking like it did when it was first installed. I will not hesitate on using them again both in business and my home. The best for last, the pricing is very reasonable. Great work MSS Cleaning. Regards, Thomas Cordova read more

These guys were great. They scheduled my job very quickly, provided text/email reminders and confirmation for the appointment. Mike was on time, professional, and ready to go when he arrived. I added a couple of extra items for cleaning that I had forgotten, it wasn't a problem. He provided me with an updated estimate and got to work. He didn't stop for four hours straight to finish the job. Went above and beyond on our pet-stained rugs and furniture. Highly recommend these guys. read more

MSS Cleaning did an absolutely excellent job cleaning my home carpet prior to listing my home for sale. Scheduling was a breeze, price transparent and very reasonable, and wow when they were done my carpet looked better then ever. I wish I had done it when I still lived there :) They paid specific attention to some trouble spots and made those stains completely disappear. My home was ready for its first open house the following day. I would highly recommend! read more

This was the most exceptional service I have ever had! I have brought in a other cleaners who seem to be in a hurry. MSS was painstakingly methodical and my house looks amazing! They were so knowledgeable about the carpets in my house, and pets, and plants shedding and seemingly every thing about getting my house clean. I am so grateful. They were flexible about scheduling and changed dates and times to fit my needs and right before Thanksgiving. read more

Andrew was a true professional, confident and delivered exactly what was promised. Our client had rust in new wool carpet and we were concerned about the removal. Not only did the rust come right out, but the technician was early, thoughtful and did all he could to protect the corners and work area. We will definitely be using them in the future! I have a white suede coach from Room and Board. Of course the White shows everything. I just had it cleaned by Alfonso at MSS cleaning and I am blown away both by the results (the couch is gleaming) and work ethic of Alfonso. He worked on that and a rug for an hours and was working so hard to make it perfect. I am very appreciative of his hard work and professionalism and it looks great. read more

MSS cleaned the carpet, tile, couch and mattress in our recently purchased recreational vehicle. They did a fantastic job and I recommend them for all of these cleaning services. An area of carpeting that was severely damaged and we assumed needed replacement, MSS cleaned (very thoroughly) and now carpet replacement is no longer an issue. That in itself was amazing. read more
