She was not helpful, friendly, or welcoming, and every interaction felt unnecessarily difficult. At one point, another employee actually had to step in and tell her to stop because her customer service was inappropriate. Even when she was attempting to help, her attitude came across as condescending and as if she needed to argue about everything rather than simply assist. I understand that working with the public can be frustrating, but there is no reason for a customer to be treated this way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location for TSA PreCheck and would not recommend it to others.

I called my order in because it was technically a reorder of a print I just got done the previous day but needed more of. The person over the phone told me that they should have it done that day. I went in that day to check on it and they told me, oh there's no way we'll have it done because our printer is down. I understood and left. I checked the following day just to be told that they don't take orders over the phone and no one would have put my order in. I explained it would have been nice to know that when I came in to check on my order the previous day, as I am relying on this order for my business. My response was basically oh well, no one put your order in and we don't have it. I was in shock to be treated in such a flippant, disregarded way. I would be absolutely embarrassed for a customer to come into my shop and get treated in that manner. I then tried calling corporate to report the matter but could not get a representative to answer the phone! I was trying to call just to report the situation in a private way, but since there was no way for me to privately settle the matter, I felt compelled to leave a review.

The people working there are friendly and helpful, although it seems to be a bit understaffed. The Fairlawn Salvation Army thrift store used to be one of my favorites, then they eliminated some of the discount colors and then went to a system with most of the clothes being priced according to what they are, i.e. pants and shirts are $4.99 and there is one color that is half price (although on Wednesdays everything except one color are half price). On my most recent visit they have backtracked a bit so that most of the brick a brack and shoes are individually priced. There are still some good values, however the selection seems to be not as good and it can be confusing what certain things cost. The advantage of the current system is that if you find a high quality piece of clothing you do get it for a good price. The non-clothing selection has definitely decreased, the selection is limited and there are not a lot of interesting items. In the past I have found some really nice items, but now it seems like most of the stuff is nothing really special. Overall a pretty good thrift store, but not worth a trip just for thus store.
