Added note, they were the company we originally hired in 2000, but some how even though they located the existing pin they decided to ignore it and claim land past that point that did not belong to us. So now we are stuck paying taxes on land that someone else has claimed due to the survey. At this point I'm considering a Civil Conspiracy Law Suit . I could ask for the money back or ask them to do the survey again, but honestly don't trust them and don't have the money to hire another surveyor.
