I've always loved their ice cream, but today when I stopped by it was not a good experience. First of all there was only one other car on the other side and nobody else on my side. There were two guys working, the one guy with the navy blue jacket came to the window with the biggest frown/pissed off face I've ever seen and didn't even say hello. He just opened the window and looked at me like I ruined his life and I hesitated to tell him what I wanted to order. He mumbles the price, I hand him my card and he shuts the window. After making the shakes he brings them to the window and says nothing. I say "thank you" and he hardly murmurs a "have a great day" which felt like he hated every second of. I had cash in my hand since the moment I pulled up that I intended to put in the tip jar, but not with an attitude like that. How hard is it to say hello and even fake a smile? Lol glad the ice cream is good, but I won't be rushing back anytime soon. Where did the kind female employees go? They were always great! read more

A horrifying experience to regulars that have been coming to this Belleview ice cream staple before I was born. 27 years my mom has brought us to this ice cream place. I've loved this ice cream shop since I was a kid. Tonight we were served by unkind, unprofessional workers who were moving at a VERY slow pace & showed zero hospitality. After patiently waiting behind 3 cars for 25 minutes, it was our turn. The employee had attitude to begin with, but my Mom tipped the worker before we'd gotten our cones to show gratitude for working. The employee used the wrong cone & when we needed the cone corrected, he became aggressive and slammed the window shut. He didn't do two scoops like we paid for, and when we asked another employee to correct it, she became confrontational and insisted they couldn't fix the cone. That it was against "management policy." Without taking no for an answer she then refused to finish the rest of the order, threw our money back at us and then claimed to be the manager. She then said we were banned from the ice cream place & she would call the cops if we "didn't get the hell out of her drive thru". I can remember being greeted with warm friendly faces for YEARS. This situation was COMPLETELY mishandled and was incredibly unnecessary. It did not need to escalate the way it did. The new hires in this place are overwhelming concerning and it's disheartening to know my childhood ice cream place is being run by this kind of negative, aggressive, unprofessional hostility. read more

Literally the best ice cream in Florida, I love going here with my family after a school event or even I need a pick me up

Now I an partial to this hidden little ice cream shop. My father took me here when I was younger, and when I travel into town, I bring my kids here also, since my grandma may actually have the closest house to the place. But honestly the shakes are awesome. They use real milk and working cow ice cream. Over the years I've noticed that the staff have changed over and over and over, usually high school girls or something to that nature. But I think they generally hire good friendly people and their product is really really good. Definitely worth eating. Probably the best place to eat dessert in Belleview. read more

Waited in line for over 40 minutes today just for them to mess up my simple order. Not to mention the way they have their drive thru set up clearly isn't efficient since you can't even turn into the place without having to wait in the road which is very dangerous when there's people in line. The only way around this dangerous hazard is going into wawa then getting in line but then you have to go wayyyy out of your way and wawa probably doesn't appreciate it. Also their customer service needs work, the lady who took my order was just very short with me and didn't want to be there clearly and had an attitude when I told her she had messed up my order. read more

It's almost impossible to miss this tiny, bright pink place! And missing it would be a shame!!! It has great ice cream and milkshakes. There are so many choices of flavors on the menu and as if that wasn't enough, you can ask to combine the flavors and create your own. I'm partial to the oreo banana milkshake--it is so good! I also enjoy their sundaes (especially with caramel and hot fudge). There are two drive-thru windows and a walk-up window (although parking can be a tad tricky if they're busy). This is a great ice cream place. I went with my family and they got homemade ice cream which they were raving about the whole car ride home. Also they made fresh waffle cones and my family loved them and they smelt so good. I had a root beer float which ice cream places normally scam you and put a very small amount of vanilla ice cream but they put a lot which I very much enjoyed. This was the best ice cream place I've been to in a very long time. There were two women in the stand and they were extremely nice and helped us chose the best ice cream. The ice cream is no doubt great! It's a cute little place with soft serve ice cream. However the staff, the assistant manager more specifically, was so rude, don't ask for a lid or she will tell you how wrong and stupid you are.. I can go anywhere to get good ice cream..
