While you get your services, they can order food for you (u pay for it but its just that they go extra mile to give you that service of ordering and paying on ur behalf. Perhaps I was really getting on her nerves, but her attitude wasn't pleasant at all. I thanked her for the information she gave me, paid for my purchases and proceeded to the door. I was leaving quite dissatisfied, so I proceeded to ask someone else could I possibly book an appointment in the store, oh yes, you can ask anyone at the Salon desk to help you. Thank you, was it that hard to be so kind, I guess it wasn't for Samantha. I proceeded to Salon desk and was greeted kindly and my appointment was made. That quick and easy. I did have one complaint, though the salesperson that made the appointment for me was kind and she was able to provide me the name of the salesperson that did my last brow appointment. I asked for several appointment dates and each time her response, Not available, finally I asked, so when is she available and she laughed and said, oh she's her Sunday. What a unnecessary waste of both of our time. Couldn't she had just said, these are the times she's available? Such a struggle to make an appointment.
