Ready to BBQ? Choose from the long butcher counter or a tremendous variety of brats and seasoned chicken breasts. Got company? There are whole cases full of catering, ready to heat and eat. Tenderloin tips, main dishes, appetizers, sides and more, all at good prices. Hate cooking? Pick up containers of frozen homemade soup (10+ kinds), something from the deli or grab a hot lunch on weekdays. Have a dog? If you raw feed you need to hit this place up because they have it ALL at great prices. Plus every kind of freeze dried organ as treats and giant smoked bones for like $2-3. Something for everyone, plus really good prices.

Being a successful business is more than just offering a good product: it's about how you treat and…read morevalue your employees and customers. In the middle of a pandemic, Glenn's chooses to promote misinformation about COVID-19 and expose their workers and customers to the virus. Not a single worker I saw inside was masked, and a sign hanging on the store's entrance flaunted the statewide mask mandate. I also politely asked the cashier to wear a mask when ringing up my purchase. I didn't think that this request was too much to ask during a pandemic, especially in a state that has been hard-hit with the virus. Rather than do this small thing to make me feel valued as a customer, the cashier jeered at me and dismissed my (very rational) request. I generally don't like to leave bad reviews, but - if given the choice between a bad review versus spreading a virus that has killed countless thousands - I will gladly leave this review in the hopes that others will see it and not give Glenn's your business. There are plenty of other local meat markets to support during these trying times, and I hope that readers of this review will do so.

The frosting was so thinly put on you could see the cake through the frosting. The cardboard was put on upside down, we could see brown cardboard under the layers of a white cake, the trims were shoddy and the whole cake was a mess. Augie's employees were rude, we were told that Augie would come and talk to us, instead he never showed up and his main reply was "wedding cakes are difficult to make." I do not suggest using him for wedding cakes, they aren't professional at all. They didn't even box up the anniversary cake, they just put the cardboard layer in the fridge of the hall, amongst moldy cheese and pickle jars, not in a box like other vendors do. Also we were charged with close to $200 extra for "gratuity" - above and beyond the 20% because Augie's charges gratuity after service fees AND sales tax. His reply to that was 'well that's how we do business" - in our opinion, he's in it for the money, he did not care how important our special day was to us, he does not have any sort of quality in his expensive costs.

Their team was responsive, helpful and flexible in helping us achieve what we wanted for the event. We had some request that seemed like a big deal, but Sazs event planner Michelle said "no problem!" as she helped develop our menu and overall timeline for the evening. Something I appreciated was their willingness and focus on taking care of our guests with allergies/dietary restrictions. While planning was truly a breeze, the service the day of was impeccable. The staff was helpful, professional and very efficient throughout the entire evening. We had so much positive feedback on the food that evening- everyone loved the apple cider glaced short ribs, blackened swordfish and the supper club style relish trays. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgable, ensuring our guest were provided well-crafted speciality cocktails and efficient service.

Katie coordinated both events for us and made the overwhelming process of wedding planning easy and seamless. Saz's facilitated all communication in a timely manner regarding our tasting, final decisions, and timeline for the events. They were also very accommodating with phone calls instead of in-person meetings with us not living in the same city. For the rehearsal dinner we set up a buffet and the food was great! Many of our guests were going up for seconds and told us how good the food was. We went with their burger and chicken bar and there was not only plenty of food but the set up and takedown process after the event was handled with great professionalism and timeliness. For our wedding reception we could not be happier with Saz's as well! All the staff were professional and the food was amazing. We decided to go with hand passed apps for cocktail hour, family style dinner, and then a late night nacho bar. Our family and friends were going on about how great the food was and how many options they had to choose from. We would definitely recommend Saz's for anyone with either small group catering needs or a larger event/wedding reception! Thank you Katie and the Saz's team!

COMMUNICATION: I live out of state and thought it might be difficult to work remotely with a caterer, but Nicki made the whole experience easy and fun. I really felt like she took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and was always available to chat on the phone or quick to respond to my emails. GRAZING BOARDS + APPETIZERS: I was drawn to Twisted Radish by the photos on their website of their elaborate grazing boards (because appetizers are always one of my favorite parts of a wedding..), and it was so fun creating a delicious spread with Nicki's help. The end result was even better than I expected, she went out of her way to make sure everything was displayed beautifully and it all tasted amazing. DINNER: We did a plated dinner with three different main course options - Wedding Day Salmon, Herbed Tri Tip and Apple Cider Chicken. Each plate came with heirloom carrots with rosemary and orange, garlic broccoli with chili flakes, roasted fingerling potatoes, poached pear salad and sourdough dinner rolls. She even surprised us with butter boards for the rolls! Every dish tasted amazing, even better than I imagined. COFFEE AND DESSERT: Nicki set up a incredible coffee station complete with almond and oat milks in vintage carafes. I have a lot of coffee snobs in the family, and they all approved of the coffee. She also make us two homemade ice cream flavors (vanilla bean and blackberry) that were fantastic. STAFF: Everyone from Twisted Radish was so kind and extremely professional. You can tell they love what they do. I would 100% recommend Twisted Radish for any future events needing delicious and beautiful food. I feel extremely lucky they were available because I feel like we got the very best of the best!

I had the Fish Fry entree, battered and fried. You get 2 pieces of fish, choice of potato, I got potato pancakes, coleslaw, cup of soup, bread, tartar sauce, lemon and I asked for applesauce for the potato pancakes. Something that has never happened here before is I had to go back as they forgot tarter sauce, lemon, coleslaw, butter for the bread and applesauce. By having to go back, my husband ate half of his sandwich, saved half for when I got back and we could somewhat eat together, so I never got a picture of his sandwich. The fish fry was good, but I am thinking it would have been better if I would not have had to go back. Next time I will eat it there. I have one piece of fish left, my bread and soup for tomorrow. I am keeping them at a 5 star as this was the first time they made a mistake and their food and service is normally top notch. They are open Mon - Fri 7am - 2pm

The fish sandwich was to-die-for but, is now heavily battered and tasteless on a bun that is always burned. French Dip was also amazing but, again, is now never consistent. So disappointing as this place was once SOOOO GOOD.
