My lawn was 90% weeds by the time I had realized that I needed professional help reclaiming what the weeds have stolen from me: my sanity and some much needed curb appeal. Guadalupe and his crew were very prompt with answering my call for help. I've learned with time that most contractors are terrible communicators; Guadalupe and Casa Verde proved to be an exception to the rule rather than the norm. He updated me each day on the progress of the project and showed up on time each day. He and his crew cleaned up every day as well. As the project sort of evolved , he was very very very accommodating towards my limited budget. He worked with what I was able to spend and even went above and beyond by planting new plants in our planters and setting up automatic watering for us. They also added stepping stones to the lawn and made everything mesh and look really good together. He also redid the drains from the planter (a previous contractor didn't do a good job with that so Guadalupe went ahead and fixed it on his own volition.) it felt like he ultimately prioritized getting a good job done over making as much money as possible.
